Took my Subaru to this Goodyear in February for routine maintenance. Got a call saying they would need to replace the brake pads which wasn’t surprising so I let them do it. Cost was $700. Now in July, I hear one of the brakes making a scrapping sound like the pad is worn down . My dad and I took the tire off to check what was going on. Goodyear did replace the the brake pads but placed the caliper on too tight with no type of lubricant so it squeezed the pads awkwardly causing one pad to do all the work and the other not even used.
We did some homework and replaced it ourselves this time.
The people running this Goodyear were so nice. I’m SO disappointed this happened. I’m so spooked, I will not be back.

Had a bubble form in a recent tire I got at pepboys. In which pepboys were no help when I called them. However, Goodyear got me in right away on short notice. Since it was one tire. They allowed me to come in and squeezed me in where they could. Since I needed it taken care of. They were quick to help. And it was a fantastic experience. Couldn't be happier. 100% recommend them. I was at the Abingdon location. Fantastic crew on site.

Had an issue with my RR tire going flat on my 14 CRV.. Call the Abingdon Goodyear, Mr Paul said to come right over.. An Hour later it was fixed! They found a Small nail in the tire.. and only charge me ,$25 for the repair..

Here’s the deal, I love this place! I never feel taken advantage of, and I feel like the managers Brenda and Paul are amazing! I definitely miss Tony the Tiger ? bc he is grrrreat ? but he is at another location. Anyway, the goal is to give the best service and have real conversations about best prices and choices. I am so grateful for this place, and I feel so blessed and fortunate to have a place I can trust and call when things go awry!

My wife Cindy and I were traveling from Burlington County, NJ to Raleigh, NC last Saturday. To meet up with friends and almost didn’t make it ! I had the brakes and rotors replaced at a dealership for our 2014 Honda CR-V. 6 days earlier. Our driver’s side wheel had become dangerously loose. We pull off highway looking for a service station at 5:45 on a Saturday ! What are the odds? I’ll let Cindy tell the rest.
So indebted to all those at the Bell Air Baltimore Service Station! On 3/2/24 (Saturday) we were headed to NC from NJ, but on I-95 S our LF wheel felt like it was becoming loose.
I called & Steven said (he was so kind) we will wait for you & at least let you know what is wrong - be here ASAP (it was 5:50pm). Paul & Andrew took our CRV into the service bay, ID’ed & tightened the lugs nuts that were LOOSE at NO CHARGE and we were again on our way (it is now 6:20pm).
Needless to say these guys ROCK and they literally saved us from what could have been a horrific car accident. The generosity of spirit of the owner Paul and his crew knew we were far from home and our destination.
It was a tremendous gift for us to find people willing to step back from heading home and find the problem. Paul, ThanK You, Steve, Thank You, Andrew, Thank You. The young woman who assisted, Thank You.
This short interaction put us back on track safely and allowed us to count our blessings, meeting this team. KUDOS ! to you all and Thank You! again!
I highly recommend this Good Year Service Station & will used Good Year when we return home!
