Poor inventory, poor customer service, and a complete lack of problem solving skills. Twice the same week they failed to keep common prescriptions in stock and failed to research other pharmacies with the medicines in stock until days later when I specifically asked them to do so.

I'm sorry, but they are just plain rude there. They never have enough people working at the counter, and the one woman that does has no customer service skills whatsoever. After having my script for over 24 hours from the doctor, I went to pick it up. They look it up and say, "Oh, we are working on it. Give us 2 hours". I said "2 hours! I am here now and you've had over 24 hours to fill it!" Outrageous!

The provider line cuts off so your doctor cannot call ina prescription. If you call the pharmacy, no one answers.Terrible service.

Love this Pharmacy! The staff is extra friendly never any rude or unprofessional workers. They always have my medicine available and if for some reason they don't it will be there by the next day. If you want fast reliable and polite service look no further.

I always feel like a burden when i go into this pharamcy. Today I was told it would be an hour for my prescription. When I go in they tell me the medicine had to be ordered and won't be in until the 4th. It would have been nice to get a phone call to know that and to save me a trip. Horrible customer service and I have to say my name several times. Very disorganized. Just an update.. I'm here now.. there are 3 people working. I'm standing here and no one has acknowledged me.

I walked in today 25 minutes before closing time and was treated like I was a burden to those working there. An associate telling me that they are almost closing does not justify you treating me with sub par service and amenities. They should be enthusiastic and be more than willing to help me all the up until that closing time on the dot. If they can't handle it, then there's someone else who can. There always is and there always was.
