Our cashier Janet was very rude, she did not say one word to my friend and i when we were there, no “hi”, not even a “you’re welcome” when we said thank you. Very disappointed and will not be back.

This store has the WORST customer service then any of the dollar stores that I shop in!!! Your cashier, Janet, never spoke anything. This is not the 1st time I have poor customer service at this store. You really need to train these employees if you want people to continue to shop here.

To the old gray haired with purple tint "Karen" lady. Next time you scream at customers to dump tbe baskets try to be more kind. What is the difference of grabbing the 5 items out of the basket and scanning them verses rudly dumping them on the belt that wasn't running and scanning them?! Your customer service sucks! How dare you scream that at me then proceed to try and make small talk, you don't deserve my kindness.

It is difficult to get into this store if you are in a wheelchair. There's a sign on the window saying you can ask for help and an associate will help you, but nobody came to help me get my daughter's wheelchair through the door. The aisles are narrow and cluttered. I love the dollar tree and I shop there a lot, but this store definitely is not friendly to those with disabilities.

This store is normally top tier as far as dollar trees go. I am struggling with the change to the FamilyGeneralDollarTree model but the store is neat organized and very well managed Ben (I think the manager) is very helpful and attentive. All the cashiers are friendly and welcoming

Dollar tree is okay for some things but some things you should not by there, they're bleach is like salt water, most of their cleaning products are like water, same for laundry detergent and dish detergent. And don't bother buying batteries there, Some good things I've tried are there hot pork rinds, candy,air freshener, carpet refresh , dishwasher detergent,markers, dryer sheets,slim Jim's, the price is going up and the sizes have gone down. So you're really not saving money with most things there.
