Never again ! Put 2 new tires on and broke 2 of the studs & lugs and blamed it on me and how could I not notice that they were broken. I work with a bunch of very knowledgeable men who can work on cars and they got new studs and lugs. They decided to look at the remaining studs and lugs on that tire and they other and they were all torqued too tight and nearly sheared off. The young man at BJs should not have let me drive off the lot.

Good for running in for a quick item because it is seldom crowded. During the day you probably will only find the self checkout available, no open registers staffed. Don't bother using curbside pickup for anything heavy because they will just mark it out of stock so they don't have to get it. If using a coupon you better in in quickly, an employee told me that they usually run out of couponed items pretty quickly. If you can't find an item look up in the higher racks. Several times I have found the item up there. You will then have to find an employee to get it down for you but they will. I much prefer Costco, better quality and service but BJ's does have more items I think and the quantity might also be a smaller size than Costco. This particular location has declined over the years both the facility and service. Suggest that you don't signup for automatic membership renewal. They gave me $205 to renew my $110 membership. How's that for a good deal. Word of caution, their gas is not top tier.

I have purchased a set of tires from bj's in Abington md for a ram 2500. When leaving the store I seen my pressure reading were messed up so I figured I'd drive home and hopefully they reset. The next day drove to work 3 sensors were reading 35psi no reading on the 4th. I took the truck home and filled all tires to proper psi. I contacted bj's tire center about the issue and was told they would look in to it. After several attempts to meet with someone to look at the truck I was told they weren't even sure the sensor was broken there, which I said was crazy. They finally agreed to remove the tire and look at the sensor at which time realized it was indeed broken by them. I had to go to the dealership and order the sensor for them to replace as their parts dealer didn't have my sensor in stock. They did reimburse me for the sensor I purchased, however I will never use this service again.

Not a bad place to buy groceries, though I still prefer going to Costco for most of my warehouse shopping. The place is definitely older and could use an update but the items are pretty solid. I do love the various coupons I have access to on the apps and I come here when I'm too lazy to go to white marsh. Checkout is pretty fast, it is always pretty empty when I go (evenings). Parking lot is large and there is typically a ton of space.

Getting tires here was nice, but getting help to repair your tires has been a nightmare. Hung up on 2 times with staff that sounded like they don't want to be there. Once transferred to the tire department, the staff sounded better but was hung up on for the 3rd time "accidentally I hope" after being on hold for 20 minutes.

My husband took my van there this morning to have new tires put on.Granted my car is not that clean right now but the new tires should have beenAnd they sure aren't. They look old like they may have already been used.

Other than the size of the items, I don't think there is a benefit to having a membership. The prices were either comparable or more than Walmart and Amazon. I looked at price per ounce, price per pound, price each for a few items I was interested in and with the price of membership I just didn't see the value. I looked at shaved ribeye, similac, Luvs diapers, and fruit.

The one star is for the gas station. If I could give no stars I would. Not currently stocked on any paper product. When you call they never tell you the whole story. Shopping at shop rite in bel air. BJs is a disappointment.

I hadn't realized it but we've been members of BJs now for over 20 years starting our membership in NY. I'm at this BJs at least once per week and some times joke with the employees who say that I'm here all the time. They have a good selection of bulk items and recently have expanded the produce department. Samples happen in the afternoons usually on the weekends. They do have the lowest prices for deli meat and cheeses. Unfortunately they closed their small snack area which was located at the entrance. Ample selection of fresh meat with onsite butcher which will cut meat if you want something different from what is packaged. Tires and gas are competitively priced. Returns are quick and simple. They have a mostly self serve cash lanes & employees, for the most part, are friendly and helpful. Gold members get cash back and depending on how much you shop, the cash back more than covers the annual Membership fee.

Never been out this way and needed gas. And behold after searching online BJ's popped up. This one is not as hectic as the one near me, but it was close to closing time. It was well lit and clean. Never went inside the facility. However I decided to clean my car windows and found the squeegees had no good rubber to remove the access water. So thank God my ice scraper in my car has a rubber wipe.
