Horrible customer service. Horrible attitude had to wait multiple extra days for tires that should have been there already. Next time going to costco

Getting tires here was nice, but getting help to repair your tires has been a nightmare. Hung up on 2 times with staff that sounded like they don't want to be there. Once transferred to the tire department, the staff sounded better but was hung up on for the 3rd time "accidentally I hope" after being on hold for 20 minutes.

My husband took my van there this morning to have new tires put on.Granted my car is not that clean right now but the new tires should have beenAnd they sure aren't. They look old like they may have already been used.
