well, about all the employees are on some type of hard drugs. can't understand a simple order, but it makes sense when you're asleep in the window while standing up. order came to like $30 and none of the burgers were right. somehow got a chicken sandwich too. took over 30 minutes to get the food too. people were leaving left and right, but they charged us for someone else's $7 order instead of our $30 lol. stop hiring all these degens who keep nodding off. i just steer clear from Aberdump anyway

We have been in line since 8:14pm this evening. It is now 8:37pm. After ordering the food I asked my significant other to get in the driver seat to wait to get the food while I walked over to Walgreens. When I returned my significant other was still waiting in line to pay for food. We just paid for the food at 8:37pm. After paying for our food we were asked to pull forward behind another vehicle to wait for our food. The person behind us got their food before us and left. We are still waiting for an order. We just received our one fry and Dave single meal at 8:42 pm. This is beyond unacceptable. Oh and when we first pulled up I tried to go inside to place the order, and the door was lock so your forced to go through the drive through. Won't be wasting my time here anymore. Not sure how corporate has not done anything about this bad service.

I ordered a door dash order and when I received my order I was missing a whole meal & 3 of my 5 drinks were missing. When I tried to call the store to see if I could at least get the missing meal no one answers the phone. I also ordered the bacon fries & it barely has any cheese & a handful of bacon thrown in one spot. My kids nuggets & fries are cold & my sandwiches are like warm.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, typically I only leave them if a place is particularly excellent. The food was fine, expected fast food, but the service from the girl who took our order was incredibly upsetting. She was unnecessarily rude, and it was completely unprompted. There was only one other table there and no one else in line, not busy at all when we came in. We said hi and asked for our orders normally, and she gave attitude in return. The order was incorrect, but due to her rudeness, we chose to eat the wrong order rather than interact with her again. We ate in the car rather than the restaurant because we felt so uncomfortable. I’ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable in a fast food restaurant before. I’ve worked in food service and understand people are human and things can be stressful, but there was no rushed or stressful environment at the moment and there’s no reason to take it out on your customers.

Lets start with the highlight of my meal. Luke warm chicken nuggets that were supposed to be spicy. I paid for a large fry, expecting to get value for my money but it was only 2/3 full with cold fries so I wasted my money on that.Note I never ever send back fast food.Now let me talk about the worst service for a fast food restaurant in Aberdeen. When I put in my order I asked for spicy nuggets (didn't find out that was wrong until I got home) and 2 cream sodas with my meal. Instead she tried to give me 1 cherry soda and one sprite. When I corrected the cashier with a manager tag on she gave me an attitude and said "you asked for sprite I know it" and rolled her eyes while she made another cherry cream soda (that was out of syrup). If the manager has an attitude like this I can only imagine how that makes her employees feel. If they actually have respect for her and follow her leadership I can only imagine how poor the working conditions are as well as their skills due to the terrible leadership skills shown.

On Tuesday, March 5th 2024 at 10:08pm,I received the BEST crispy chicken BLT biggie bag I’ve ever hitting in my life.The tomato was perfectly cut, not soggy. The Crispy Chicken was in fact nice and crispy, but still was juicy . The lettuce was so fresh it had a crunch to it. The buns were warm, toasted to perfection. And the Bacon…the bacon was crispy, sizzling with grease still on it..fresh of the grill. I just want to give the biggest shoutout to the lady who took my order and got everything right, also emphasizing the crispy. You did NOT disappoint. And thank you to the cooks for putting such work into my meal. God bless you all, you made my night!

The WORST place to get food from!! I went here around 8:30pm Tuesday night I ordered a big bacon classic burger and a pecan salad first the girl hands me my drink not even filled so I ask her to fill it up she turns around fills it up then takes my payment and hands me my drink back and the salad she then proceeds to ask me to pull up to the door bc they are waiting on my burger so I check my salad bag as anyone would do , there’s no blue cheese on the salad as it states it has mind you she was already out of the building serving the car they had in front of me already pulled up so I stop her tell her there’s no blue cheese on the salad she Grabs the salad from me says omg mind you I didn’t even complain that the salad was half filled as she’s walking back in she comes back out with the salad I checked the bag to make sure she put the blue cheese crumbles on there she did then I realized there’s not chicken on my salad which it includes so I stop her again she goes “well yea we don’t really… the chickens hard and crispy it’s been sitting for a while” I said ok that’s fine i still want the chicken , don’t you think that’s something you tell someone before they order and pay for the food? she said “so you wanna wait?’ I replied yup! That’s fine I’ll wait. She comes back out with another employee must’ve been the manager cause she was on a high horse working at Wendy's lol she says “LOVE we don’t have any chicken” I said that’s fine refund me then she said ok lemme get you’re card I told her no it’s fine I’ll come in and give you my card I go in then I’m told by the same person that said it was fine for me to come in that it was closed lol that I had to go through the drive through mind you I was so angry and flustered I locked my keys in the car which she heard me talking to my grandfather on the phone about , she knew I couldn’t go through the drive thru then I told the employee I’m fine with the chicken you guys have I just want my food she grabs the other lady and she was basically not trying to serve me she said the refund has already been processed and she needed my card so the refund wasn’t fully processed and she declined serving me. NEVER again I’m assuming they all still work at Wendy’s bc of the skills they lack and they can’t even do that job correctly.

Slow as hell, food was cold, they gave us extra food we didn’t even get, wrong sized drink, gave us spicy nuggets instead. How do you mess up this badly guys????!!! Also told us they couldn’t afford the inside to be open because there was only 3 people…. lock your inside first of all! I used to work fast food, I understand and I feel, but it shouldn’t be so slow that I get cold food that makes me think I’m going to get food poisoning!
