This place is packed for lunch, starting a little before 11am. They do a good job being efficient, so dont get discouraged by the number of people in line. Soda machine seems to have issues with ice or out of certain flavors

Everytime I come in there is a problem the employees don’t care they mess up consistently they always ignore you and today I went to get a sizzli I called and they said they would make my food but when I arrived and payed they all acted like they had no idea about it and then they made it a different way by toasting my bread and putting cold cheese and bacon on the sandwich I asked for a refund and the manager on duty ignored me multiple times I recorded her it was only when the police arrived she gave me my refund and I asked for her name and a number to the store leader and was refused all times the other employees apologized for her but then started following her and ignoring me she had a terrible attitude and got smart with me I had my receipt but she refused to give me my food and my refund

I stop here and ordered ham and egg with ketchup, they had so much ketchup on there it was all over the paper real messy and almost all the coffee pots were empty, I couldn't believe I was in a WAWA store won't be stopping at this one anymore.

Ordered a pizza that had close to 2 inches of crust. I ordered a 14 inch pepperoni and that with only 10 inches of sauce, cheese, & pepperoni. It was not tasty at all. Dinner ruined.

Purchased a gift card on the 20th fo Google play at this Wawa. When I tried to redeem it wouldn’t work. So before returning to Wawa I reached out to google 3 times each time they stated the card wasn’t in their system the info doesn’t match info in their system. So I return to Wawa with receipt in hand and the most UNHELPFUL JOSH SUGGESTED I REACH OUT TO GOOGLE THERES NOTHING HE CAN DO. I explained I reached out to Google and what they said and Josh said he still couldn’t help me. So I’m now outta $20 and will never purchase a thing out of this Wawa again not that y’all care

I had the unfortunate pleasure of witnessing an employee be verbally abused by an irregular customer because the customer forgot their card pin. The associate, Iris, took the verbal assault even as she welled up in tears, continuing to do all she could to help the angry customer. Hats off to this young woman for keeping her composure as her line started to back up, and she willingly chose to help while under such duress from an unruly customer!!!! Iris, Thank you just as a witness, and I hope Wawa recognizes you for doing such a fantastic job handling yourself in a very tough situation.!

So hit or miss! Half the time it's the worst food you ever had and not what you asked for. I'm sure you know exactly which employees I'm talking about, it's disgusting and I would never recommend this Wawa.

I'm at the point I don't want to spend my money here. Employees don't listen, they are too busy talking & knowing it all to listen. Worst sandwich ever today. Don't even know what was on it. Csr ignored me when I asked her to stir my ice latte. Why spend $ there when they don't care. Money is tight, it shouldn't be waisted because people don't care.
