Pharmacy staff are usually very busy with lines inside and outside (drive thru) but they’re always kind.
Store employees are always ready to help and instantly open up another line if the main one gets too long.

Stopped to purchase a few boxes of a needed item. Opened the 1st box I planned to purchase to confirm I had the right item before adding more to my purchase plans. Out of nowhere a lady comes up to snip at me for opening the box. I confirmed I planned to purchase it. Her attitude did not change, still as snippy as she continued to act like I was going to put it back on the shelf.
Young lady at register was much nicer.

Rude manager told me as I walked in with box for fedex drop location that it was to big because they think it's good to be rude. So ya won't be back. And can enjoy the bad review to warn others of bad business practices.

There seems to be a constant issue with the checks system they use in the pharmacy. In the last 6 months, their verification system has went down without warning, during the busiest time of the evening. This results in frustrated pharmacy employees and customers needing to purchase OTC medicine.

I have been with this pharmacy for many years and I too am seeing a severe decline I just attempted to pick up meds that were called in almost a week ago. Not ready... yet again. Then we were told that one of my meds was picked up on the 15th of the month....not me!! Either the wrong med was given out to someone elseor possibly is someone here taking them? This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I would absolutely not recommend bringing your prescriptions here.... Especially if you have a chronic disease such as diabetes.READY....

September 2023 by Megan Buck
Over the past year, this Pharmacy) has gone downhill. I have brand new prescriptions written in March 2023, that my insurance has no problem covering but the pharmacy has not allowed me to pick up that medication or any of its five refills over the course of six months, always giving me different excuses, such as Insurance delay, pre auth needed, manufacturing delays, causing no stock, Then, after already receiving a new prescription two weeks ago, that include five refills to cover the next six months… Dr received confirmation receipt that the medication’s were sent over and received by Walgreens. Yesterday, this same pharmacist that gave me all of these excuses previously is now telling me they do not have the new prescription that was written this month, the prescription that my doctor received confirmation receipt on. It’s like these pharmacist don’t even know how to use their own systems. They have lost my prescription, but not taking accountability. My doctors office is beyond confused as to what the heck is going on within that pharmacy and they are recommending that. I switch pharmacies as soon as possible because something doesn’t sound right. They have confirmation that prescription was sent over and received by Walgreens. Walgreens denies this - although Walgreens also confirmed they received it two weeks ago as I have a screenshot in my phone from the Walgreens app showing they received the new prescription dated September 7, 2023 with five refills through February 2024. The next time I looked in the app it gave different information, this time stating a new prescription received September 7, 2023 with five refills consisting of 30 tablets each per month… With all five refills expiring September 8, 2023. So you’re telling me I have not yet picked up the new script from September 7, and by the following day five refills that are supposed to last six months are all expired?I spoke with with corporate, today. She tells me she is just as confused because she sees my prescription in the system. She gave me advice and told me to go into the pharmacy tomorrow in person, let them know about the back-and-forth between the doctors office and the pharmacy, and also let them know that I spoke with so-and-so at corporate, and they are seeing a problem as well, as far as the information being inputted into the Walgreen system. She says someone is making a mistake causing an error. This needs to be investigated, and she advises me if I have time, do not leave that Pharmacy) without a resolution.Based on this review alone, I would warn others not to use Walgreens as their pharmacy. Go elsewhere, you will not have the problems that you will experience here. You will not be lied to, by the same pharmacist over and over again as he feeds you false scenarios every time you speak to him and inquire about your medication. He doesn’t remember the excuses. He fed you the last time you spoke with him so he doesn’t realize how ignorant he sounds, and how his lies are shining through. How is a pharmacist able to treat customers this way? Don’t they take an oath to protect patients and to do right? Then, why is this one lying to customers/patient consistently? Seems like a loss of integrity. This medication I have been needing is a rescue medication for my seizures. This problem with the pharmacy could literally cost me my life. Do they care? Not at all. So I wanted this to be documented on a public forum, even though my family has all of this information as they are just as concerned as I am about my well-being. If something happens to me and I end up dying from status epilepticus (my seizures do not stop without medical intervention, such as this medication) - Walgreens should be held responsible if I have yet to have received my medication before my death.

I despise this walgreens, and every walgreens i’ve had to patronize. Hiring slow and incompetent seems to be their modus operandi. Never have i had a speedy transaction at any one of them. Pharmacy is terrible too. Incredibly slow. Wait times can be up to 30min regularly. For pills. Ridiculous.

Julie which is the manger at this location did me a terrible disservice. There was 5 boxes of Ardell eyelashes on clearance rack. 2 under the right side, 3 on the left side. The sign said 3.29. I then asked Julie was this right cause I wanted to buy more. She said no it not right and I can only price match one. After she checked the price of them. Now that is false advertisement, one in the wrong spot okay , maybe even two. But 5 in the wrong spot is not a customer putting it there.
I just believe if I was someone else or the right nationality, things would have been different.
