The mail carrier literally always gives me someone else's mail. This happens ALL the time. Who knows how often my mail gets lost at someone else's house

For a year ive been complaining about my landlord handling and defacing my mail and no one will do anything about it!!! He removes it from my box! Takes it into his house and scribbles my apt number on it! Like i cant read my name or something!! This is a federal offense but no one does anything about it! This PO is a joke!!

Got notification a package for my business had been transferred to them 5 hours prior. Stopped in to hopefully just pick it up and save me an additional 5 hr trip later in the week. The girl at the counter brushed me off and called for a manager. Manager came up and was condescending. Told me they hadn’t processed it and I couldn’t pick it up. Explained I would like to get it early for a job and she basically told me too bad. First and hopefully last time ever going in there. They’d get a zero if I could. Avoid at all cost.

Wish i could rate lower one guy was really nice to us but the rest were total jerks to him and did not help at all. The manager (i think) was giving everyone stink eyes. Would not reccomond. Also the place is very dirty.

I've never seen a post office window closed as often as this one. Between "internet down" or will open an hour or two after normal full service hours it's not worth going here unless you just need the lobby.

I started coming here in 2018. Service has gone down tremendously. High turnover is the issue. I have paid in advance for year renewal. I am looking for a new mail forwarding address.

My experience at this USPS post office has been consistently horrible. Most of the time the USPS employees, of this office, are always on their phone. They also seem to not want to help.

I wanted to extend a highly positive review to this office & the kind employee, Pricilla, who works there. She went above & beyond to help me locate, retrieve & deliver a package to an address yesterday.I understand how understaffed & overwhelmed the post office is normally & 10x more during the holiday mail flow - I live many states away & contacted this post office yesterday due to a mishap in transit. After providing the address and tracking, this very kind lady, Pricilla [and whomever the nice mail carrier/s were that day] were able to hunt down the mystery mail for me & later contact me to let me know the issue was resolved. ..In a time where customer service is lackluster, people are quick to be rude & most help is an automated computer system, its important to give credit where its due to good people that are doing a wonderful job. THANK YOU so much.....

I don't have any complaints, especially since baby-boomers retiring/dying, government issues, then multiple viruses came up and they handle everyone's dirty mail. I'm sure their staff has taken a beating. The nice young ladies generally get me on my way in less 3 minutes, with or without a line.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Easily some of the most incompetent and rude people I have ever encountered in my adult life. I can’t even say “avoid if possible” because unfortunately this is an essential service. These employees seriously need to undergo proper customer service training, learn to effectively COMMUNICATE, and develop a better sense of work ethic to stop cutting corners and blaming their mistakes on their customers rather than taking accountability and just resolving the issue. Even as I type this I know it’s just going to fall on deaf ears but I feel that it needs to be stated.
