All employees at the Aberdeen UPS store are amazing ? I had the pleasure of Moe taking care of me today at the Aberdeen store he is knowledgeable with a positive and respectful approach to every customer. He was very helpful and made my Amazon return experience so very pleasant!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Helen very rude! Ignorant or just blatantly has zero regard for the law. She told me to tell the ADA her name is Helen and "they know her." She wouldn't allow my service dog in the store even though there is a notice on the front window that says service animals are allowed. Shame on you, Helen!

I love this UPS store. I have been renting mailboxes for years with several different businesses, and this one is my favorite! They always greet me by name with huge smiles. Very friendly and professional staff. I recommend this UPS store for your business and personal needs. If you need to return your Amazon items, they also have machines with drop boxes that auto scan your codes for you...cool!

Too early for all the nonsense. Went in this morning to return 2 packages. Both were in their retail packaging as amazon has delivered them. But this lady refused to accept one package saying it didn’t have a previous label so she can’t accept in “retail packaging”. What in the hell is going on. She ACCEPTED the other package that was in retail packaging. Stupid people trying to give customers a hard time for no reason. The items were in the box and sealed. No wonder why you have a 3.9 rating. Will have to reach out to the market or zone manager. This is absurd and unacceptable.

This is my favorite store to do business with. And I don’t mean favorite UPS store, I mean favorite of any store. The staff is phenomenal and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than a couple of minutes for any service. For Amazon returns, in and out the door in less than a minute if there’s no line. We use them for all our packing and shipping as well and it’s always a pleasurable experience. Great staff and store!

What an amazing experience at this store today! The staff is always friendly! Today Greg waited on me and was so fast, friendly and knowledgeable! I was a wreck getting print outs for my kids school project. He took the time to adjust sizes and print and reprint to exactly what I needed. UPS great job having employees like Greg and truthfully the whole staff at this store have been great! You need more stores like this one!!!!!
