My friend took his car to the Maryland inspection, the inspector said that the car had a problem with the front left wheel bearing, and that the problem was the exle, I do not recommend it, do not waste your time.

Our car broke down on the highway and AAA sent out a driver from Thompsons. He was fast getting to us and got us to the shop without issue. They got the car right in to the shop and found the engine had seized due to work done at a Honda dealer a few days before. They then got us a rental and towed the car to the local Honda dealer for us. They were friendly, quick and very helpful. Because of that, we were able to continue our drive to FL and still made it on time.

The worst ever Auto mechanic place. Try to screw you up to money from customers of parts or things are not required for inspection most personally "Pee" if my memory sets me right.

Every positive review for this place must be paid or a family friend. It’s absolutely terrible. The business, the employees, and the owners. Slum lords with thick fake chains and terrible attitudes. Worse than your Typical used car man. Slimy. This would be the last place I would ever give business to. Terrible. Not even a last resort option.

My car got stuck in a ditch in a parking lot, of all places, so I called AAA and they sent someone from Thompson's. Anthony came and he super nice and so careful in getting my car out. He didn't just place the flatbed under the car, but he carefully and patiently studied where to place the flatbed to pick the car out without any scratches or anything.

They charge you $120 just to look and I mean look at your car then $120 min to work on your car even if they have to order your part from BMW even if no around has your part so your paying $250 for nothing really

I had a truly unfortunate experience with Thompson Towing. They operate in a way that leaves no room for any understanding or courtesy. My son's car was towed so swiftly that he didn't even have a moment to react. When we arrived at their location, despite their claim of being a 24-hour towing company, they immediately called the police after my son knocked on their window. He never had a chance to explain that he simply wanted to pick up his car. To make matters worse, they lied to the police, accusing him of disorderly conduct. This blatant racism and unwarranted hostility are unacceptable. Beware of this towing company's discriminatory practices and lack of basic decency. It's a deeply troubling and unjust situation, especially given the hard work my son puts in.
