How does 3 out of 3 people working in this EMPTY store not know what they are doing. Including the so called " District Manager". If they were rated on laziness and incompetency then it would be five stars

Very helpful staff. Brittany made sure that all my needs were met. Chris was also very insightful and jumped in to assist and keep things moving. Impressed with the teamwork!

Brittany was awesome! Her store was hopping, but she took as much time as we needed....which was alot. She was courteous, friendly and knew her stuff. She is golden! I loved working with her.

Wow they actually had a few employees working! I was so used to waiting for service I was pleasantly surprised. Gentlemen helped me out immediately and got me hooked up (pun intended) in no time.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the staff at the Aberdeen T Mobile. Chris, Matthew and Ryan were above and beyond in helping to correct every issue that I was experiencing. Thats what customer service is supposed to be like ??. Thank you all for your professionalism.

Went in the store to check out alternatives to Comcast. Employees were nice and helpful. Gonna give t mobile a shot.

I had issues with the store across the street. This store had me in and out in no time and was able to help everyone waiting while I was waiting on my new phone to set up. Very polite and knowledgeable. This is the t-mobile store to visit.

Phone carrier is the worst don't have a signal half the time and when you do you either sound like like your in a fish bowl or the person on the other end sounds like they are. The sales people in the store just make sales for commissions and not what the customers are wanting. Case in point went in when they had the switch to T-mobile and receive the new i-phone. They did not even give the stores enough to complete the promo.

One of the funniest experiences I've ever had Nolan and Zeke were a ball to hang out with and they activated my service very fast and efficiently. They were very honest and straightforward with the deal and what I was getting

Wow, what an amazing experience with Ryan, our customer service representative today!! Ryan provided excellent customer service replacing my husband's cellphone, which has been lost. Ryan was kind, caring and understanding assisting us in a stressful situation!

They don’t know what they are doing. Bought new phone, mailed in old phone then was told new phone they gave me had to be returned because it was for a different plan. Ordered new phone and it cost more and will be here in three weeks. Needless to say after multiple trips (5), no old phone anymore, hours of time dealing with their issues. I have no phone and am thoroughly disgusted. If they didn’t already take my old phone, I would go somewhere else.

My old phone died and I was in the market for a newer model, so I stopped here and talked to Zeke. He helped me transfer my old account and insurance to a new phone, set it up, transfer all of my files and pictures, and hooked me up with the best deal. When I came back in to purchase a screen protector, Chris was extremely helpful and made sure it was applied with precision. Don't look any further, go here for your T Mobile needs.
