Tom was excellent! He understood what we wanted, showed us the options, made suggestions and let us know if we were unhappy with the comfort of the mattress, we could swap it out for a different one within a certain period.

We had an amazing experience at the Aberdeen Mattress Warehouse, thanks to Tom! From the moment we walked in, Tom provided exceptional customer service, guiding us through the process of selecting the perfect plush mattress for our family. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all our questions and making sure we felt confident in our choice. Not only did we walk away with an extremely comfortable mattress, but we also got a fantastic deal that fit perfectly within our budget. Tom went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. We highly recommend him and the Aberdeen location for anyone in need of a new mattress!

It's only been two weeks and even though we're still getting used to it, we are very happy with our purchase of the Tempurpedic Adapt Plus Medium Mattress. I'm only giving it 4 stars because we are still in the adjustment period, but fully expect it to turn to a 5 in the next few weeks as we continue to get used to our first Tempurpedic.
It's not as soft as the mattress we had before but once you lay on it you feel your body sink in as the mattress starts to hug and support you. I have had hip bursitis and leg pain at night and since we've gotten the mattress, I no longer feel the discomfort that kept me from sleeping before. That reason alone confirms that we made the right decision. I am a side sleeper and my husband is a back sleeper and we both like the quality of sleep we are getting so far.
Lastly, Tom is very knowledgeable with 15 years of experience in selling mattresses. We highly recommend him. He will make sure you make the right choice!

Absolutely stellar experience. We usually loathe shopping for big ticket things like beds. But wow I didnt mind this shop at all! Tom was so kind and absolutely brilliant at finding exactly what we needed. He was sweet to my kids, very professional, and was just all around nice to hang out with. Didn't try to oversell us anything, really listened to our wants. Knew his stock details and showroom like the back of his hand. I would highly recommend!

I live in essex and I was in the market for a new mattress . I read multiple reviews for other retailers and I decided on the mattress warehouse in Aberdeen . I'm a single mom to 4 children 3 of which are special needs I did have to take all 4 with me . Walking into the store I was greeted warmly by both Tom and Joe. I needed a new mattress for myself and pillows for all 4 of my children. Tom helped me find the perfect mattress for myself . While doing this Joe was so kind to occupy my autistic son and daughter at his desk with fidget toys he has . And try to engage them in friendly conversation. When it came time to choose pillows for my children both Joe and Tom helped my children with choosing the correct pillows and were extremely patient they didn't rush them and actually encouraged them to lay on a bed and get into their natural sleeping position . I was so touched by they kindness and willingness to help them . We've had bad experiences at certain stores with my children who are special needs . Sales ppl not wanting to deal with persons that are special needs . Both Tom and Joe were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and patient and I can't express my gratitude enough . I've told multiple friends with children with special needs to go the extra distance, because these 2 gentlemen went above and beyond my expectations.

Having retired as a training manager for another large retailer, I am acutely aware of what constitutes outstanding customer service. I was initially greeted by Joe in a warm and friendly manner, asking what questions mat I answer for you. I asked for a specific item, a Beautyrest Silver mattress that I love and initially wanted to replace with exactly the same thing. He said ok but let me ask you to try this new hybrid design. Then I met Tom and the 3 of us discussed features and benefits of the products. I ended up buying the extra firm Thompson Creek and added the Advance motion base. I am delighted with my choices and will refer anyone I know to the Aberdeen Store. Both Tom and Joe provided me with the product knowledge, and the customer service that will ensure my loyalty to your company!
