On Mothers Day 2022 my husband surprised me with 2 Japanese Maple trees from KROHS nursery total amount we spent was around $850 … one tree survived and the other one did not. Several times I have reached out to Jeff Sachs to try and rectify this problem, send photos of the trees as requested.I would be happy with a replacement, credit or a refund this has fallen on deaf ears. Unfortunately KROHS customer service is very poor, communication is lacking. The only reason I left one star is so that I could give a review. Home Depot has a better warranty.Buyer beware!!!

Pretty disappointed with the service I received. I laid out a pretty detailed plan and didn't really get what I wanted. I paid for a "warranty" on plantings. They died. It was a struggle to get them replaced under this warranty, only to have the replacements die again. I paid a lot of money and feel like I could have done a better job at a fraction of the cost to just do it myself. Very poor communication and follow-up. I really wanted to like the service and product from a local business, but feel the need to warn others. I'm now stuck hiring another company to clean up the mess and try to kill weeds that I was promised wouldn't be a problem and to plant things that will actually grow in my yard. Things always happen, but when the service is poor to rectify them, that's a problem.

Great!!! Karen came out with 4 yards of topsoil mix and they got 25 lbs of Sun/shade seed. Quick and courteous and dropped in the right spot everytime.
