Thanks Preston Chevrolet on working with my husband and I so we could purchase our new car. My Equinox broke down on Christmas afternoon in 95S. I had it towed to Preston Chevrolet in Aberdeen. The Service Manager Mo, sorry if that is not the right name. He really stepped up to try to help us out, to see what was wrong with our Equinox. We had to have the SUV towed to another dealership, they diagnosed that we needed a new engine for a really large price. My car was about to hit 100,000 miles, I was really excited for this. My husband and I kept going back and forth and we finally decided to try to buy a new car. I reached out to Tevan Hawkins and he was able to answer all my questions, showed me a bunch of different vehicles and I test drove a couple of Trailblazers. Beautiful cars! Between Tevan and Buddy and the finance manager, I am now the owner of a brand new 2023 Chevy Trailblazer. We did have some miscommunication, but everything worked out. Thank you all! I will say, that Preston Chevrolet is one of the friendliest dealership I have ever been in. Usually you deal with the salesman, the Sales Manager and the finance guy, but everyone at Preston, congratulated us and wished us a nice day. I love the small dealership of Preston Chevrolet thank you for making us feel so welcome and I enjoyed the pizza!

Outstanding. Shawn and Mike went above and beyond in every aspect of the car buying process. I Reached out to various dealerships for the car I wanted, so when I started the process with Preston Chevrolet, it was a breath of fresh air. No one else compared to their level of customer service and care. Other dealerships wanted to sell me a car. Preston Chevrolet wanted to help me and my family.

I would recommend coming to Preston to friends or family. I worked with 2 employees while here, Sam & Mike. Sam and Mike were very nice knowledgeable and cared about what I wanted. It wasn't just a sales pitch. We settled on a Ford Ranger and drove home with it the same day. Later on the next day, I received a phone call from the dealership and it was Mike telling me he found a better offer for me and it saved me a lottttt of money. The deal was already done he didn't have to call me at all, but cared enough to call and say hey good news if you come down we can do this and that to save you bla bla. I was so happy! I walked away with my Ranger and saved money thanks to an employee just being nice and caring. Very happy with that. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because of how long I was at the dealership. The wait time was horrifying. They need to work on wait times. Everything else was AWSOME.

I have purchased numerous vehicles at Preston of Aberdeen over the years. The service by Glenn A has alwas been exceptional. I never have to follow up on "to-do" items by him. I show up, everything is ready to go. Glenn & the whole Preston Motor team works hard to make sure the total experience of buying a vehicle is painless. Great job by all!

Horrible dealership communication. Drove 2 hours to see a car, setup financing with my bank and next business day while attempting to setup a dropoff/pickup only to find out the car mysteriously had a "deposit" down and was no longer available.
Salespeople do not communicate and you have to hound them down for answers on the simplest of things. Would not recommend
