My preparer, Doris Billingslea for the Aberdeen MD location, was absolutely top notch!!! She took her time and explained things and got me a much better refund than I anticipated. I will go back to her and H and R Block every year!!

Dropped off Friday with a promise of Saturday completion. Monday comes called them and they were annoyed that we called. Said someone will call when completed. Monday evening comes 6 pm we call and they close at 8. They still are not done.
