Honestly the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I told them I had a budget and could we make the truck I wanted work and Jeff, Andrew, and Evan did just that. Very good people and after months of shopping the best price around. Will be buying my next car from those individuals for sure.

Worst dealership experience in my entire life.
In Sep. 2023 I purchased a 2013 Ford Mustang from this dealership and couldn't have been happier. After 90 days the nightmare began.
I never received my tags or title. After 4 months of runaround from the dealership and illegally riding around on one of their Dealer Tags since Dec. 2023 they finally made it right and purchased the vehicle back from me in May 2024 in order to avoid more fines from the MVA and legal pressure from my own camp. We reached an accord for them to reimburse me for the payments I made, my down payment, my insurance and any and all modifications I made to the vehicle during my ownership (around $11,000 total.) We shook, they got their mistake back and I got my funds back.
Almost a year after I initially purchased the vehicle, their GM contacts me saying that they've acquired a title for the vehicle and that they'd be willing to sell it back to me. I heard them out because I truly enjoyed my time with the car and never had any reliability issues with it. Only to be approached with an offer of market value (fair) AND the money from our settlement for the parts that are on the vehicle and that if someone else reached out to purchase the vehicle they would not have to pay extra for the modifications. Go pound sand. Not my fault you guys sold me a car you couldn't sell me and now you have to pay the price. These cars are a dime a dozen and I'm going to pay a premium for one that I already purchased?! Slimeballs.

Make sure you read the sticker thoroughly on the vehicle you're buying. Not all the options you thought may included, are not alway part of the vehicles in stock. I hopefully won't make this mistake again.
The dealership made no effort to fix the issue. They told me to buy an aftermarket XM receiver. Not going back there again !!!

Update: after the 5th trip back without the truck getting fixed, I had to trade the truck in, I had no other options since I was out of a truck for 4 months. 2 months after I traded the truck on a new one, they listed my old truck on their website at what they told me was book value. They now know the history of the truck, and are trying to push it on the next customer.
If anyone is looking at buying the 2018 Ford F-150 Platinum with brand new Nitto all terrains on it, don’t. It has already had the rear differential, transmission, and engine replaced. Check the service history before buying a used vehicle from them.
Do not buy from this dealership, the initial buying experience was terrible, and it’s only gotten worse. Imagine spending $50k on an F-150, then 6,000 miles later, I’m having an issues with it. I took it to Preston 4 weeks ago. I’ve been out of work for almost 4 weeks because I use my truck for work and won’t give me a F-150 loaner vehicle to replace my F-150 they sold me. 4 weeks later, they still don’t know what the issue is, the customer service has been absolutely terrible. I had to take them for a ride in the truck to hear the noise, just to be told they didn’t hear it because they never put the windows down, even though right on the print out it say “most notable with windows down” And whatever you do, DO NOT purchase the Triton warranty they’re going to try to sell you, they talk it up like the best warranty around when they sell it to you, it’s absolute trash. All in all, after all this I’ve gone through with my truck, we went to Bob Davidson Ford to buy my wife a new SUV 2 weeks ago, and it was the greatest experience ever, I might have to take my truck to them and pay out of pocket to actually get it fixed, since NONE of the other Ford dealerships in the area have even heard of the dumpster fire of a warranty company. The worst part about this is, I live 1 mile from this dealership, but it looks like I’m going to be driving all the way to Bob Davidson to buy vehicles from now on. This dealer has shown that they don’t care about their customers after you sign the paperwork.

Experienced issue when shifting vehicle into Park. Shifter locked in Reverse and started rolling forward. Identified there was an active recall for the transmission shifter cable bushing. Contacted Preston Ford and they were able to arrange for same-day mobile service. Zach, the service tech arrived within an hour. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Zach gave a 15 minute estimated time for repair. He was done with 20 minutes. Extremely satisfied with response and service received. Highly Recommend!!!

A few months back, we were on the search for a new F150. Chris Marks really came through - again. He brought us to Preston over a decade ago, and we never look anywhere else. He goes out of his way to help us locate vehicles, and puts us into contact with sales and finance staff who are equally dedicated, professional, and courteous. We've now purchased a Nissan Quest, used Tacoma, used F150, and (barely) used Subaru Ascent through the Preston family. It's always a great experience, no matter the location. Many thanks!

Evan was fantastic! I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and my price range and he found several models for me to look at. By the time I got to the lot, they were all pulled up & ready for test drives. After reviewing all options with Evan, I picked which car I was taking home and he helped us through the financing and tags/title process as smoothly as possible. I hate buying a new car, but Evan made it easy and painless & I really love my new car!
