The staff is helpfully phasious and the team said the soda vendy machine isn't their problem. Careful cause it will charge and not vendy the soda, at 1.50 a pop you'd think the machine would work. Tap and pay was my issue with the soda machine. Washer is 7-8 a cycle and .50 to dry at five a round. You'll spend 10 dollars to get a card solely used here and that nets you 3 bucks in actual useable credits.

I will say that this is a very nice laundromat. Newer machines and dryers. Now let me say this, I travel all over the United States for work. I am constantly in laundromats. Never in my life have I been in a laundromat more expensive than this one. They charge you three dollars to get a laundry card, a small washer cost seven dollars. To dry your clothes it’s $.50 for six minutes. There’s only a few laundry carts there and people hold on to them so others can’t use them. I have never in my life paid this much to wash my clothes and I will never pay this much again. I will never return to this laundromat there’s too many other ones around this area.

I use the drop-off service. So far things have been exceptional. Fair price, sometimes same day service.

Have nothing negative to say about the laundromat but I do have something to say about charging $10 for a card that you have to buy to wash your clothes and only receiving a $3 credit back is a rip-off you are basically making $7 off every person that has to buy your card, do better.

When it comes to finding the perfect laundromat, it’s not just about the machines; it’s about the experience. And that’s where Family Wash Day truly shines. Nestled in the heart of the community, this laundromat offers a clean, efficient, and friendly environment that turns the mundane task of laundry into a pleasant outing.

Overpriced!!! Does NOT take coins (even though the machines say they do). Does NOT take large bills either. Best "customer service" says "Go next door (to the liquor store to exchange coins or large bills) because there's no need for us to keep cash like that around here." My question is: why not keep change so you can continue to price gouge your customers with $7/wash!!! I can confidently call it "price gouging" because the laundromat a couple blocks away is $3/wash!!! My recommendation is: just go to the next laundromat a couple blocks away on the same side of the street!!!

the card machine steals your $20 and the owner refuses to refund you . The price continues to increase every year there is no reason they should have so many non working dryers and washers.

I just had the worst experience here today. Went in with $9 on my card added $20 used two $7 washers and which is $14 total. That leaves me $29 total on the card after I used the two $7 washers that would’ve left me $15. I went to use the dryers and I get an error so I think maybe it’s the dryer so I switch dryers and get the same message. So I tell the attendant hey I’m getting an error she suggests to use windex on the card reader and hope that works it doesn’t so she then proceeds to tell me maybe I should’ve checked my balance in the machine after putting money on the card even after the machine spoke out my balance out loud. She was incredibly rude and not helpful whatsoever. I asked twice is there anyone else above you and she just ignored me saying I should’ve checked and she doesn’t use card she uses cash and to use that next time. There will never be a next time.

Overpriced. $10 for a card. They give you $3. The cheapest washer is $5 for 23 mins. The dryer is what pmo. 50 cents for 6 mins. For one I don’t want to keep getting up every 6 mins to put money on the dryer. Two. It takes way more than 6 mins to dry anything. At least charge us at once for more than 6 mins! I rather just put $2 on the dryer instead of constantly getting up. I had two loads & spent $25 just for my clothes to not even be fully dried after 4/5 times. I won’t be bk.
