Went to pick up a birthday card this morning around 9:15am to learn that they don’t even sell greeting cards! Also, the cashier (short, white, older, gray hair) was very rude!

Shelves are neat and plentifully stocked. Always find what I want or need. Chain should now be changed to Dollar+ Tree since the price hike.?

Everyone who works at this location are absolutely professional and pleasant! I ALWAYS shop there BEFORE I shop anyplace else. 99% of the time I go there, don’t need to go any places else for they have EVERYTHING I needed at the time with awesome and substantial savings! Now as for the other 1%-If they had steak and lobster cooked with a baked potato and salad….Just kidding! Keep up the great work and thanks! USMC Retired. ???

My experience at this dollar tree was awful. My cashier , Barbara started off nice, and I told her I had two separate transactions. She said OK and continued to ring me up. Meanwhile her coworker, Phyllis was pushing my cart out of the way with my six month old in it. I asked her three times not to push my cart away. Phyllis continued to push my cart with my baby still in it. I started to get louder as I feared for the safety of my infant. Barbara jumped in and persisted that Phyllis was doing nothing wrong so I asked to speak to a manager. The assistant manager came to the front and listened to my story. While speaking to the manager, Phyllis continued to disrupt our conversation and tell her opinion on how she was not wrong for pushing the cart. Nothing was done about my problems or altercation with the coworkers. The manager just looked at me as I walked away out of the store. I'm very disappointed as I come to this store often with my children and my grandmother I would never have expected that from an older individual or grandmother. A very dissatisfied customer.

Cashier and other employee working need to learn customer service! I frequent the Aberdeen location, this mornings visit made me leaving with a very bad feeling. When I finished putting my items on the belt , I placed my basket in the stack next to register that was there, the cashier said in an unfriendly tone mam put that upfront where you got it on your way out. I said there is a stack here, she said yeah people having been doing that all morning. ( put a sign up if you don’t want people doing it) the other employee blowing up balloons said yeah all morning, well the whole time I was shopping I could hear them talking, so why didn’t they take them back up front if they didn’t want them there?So I said do you want me take all of them for you? They both said no just yours !!! Really !!! I felt discriminated , you want me to take mine up but you didn’t make the other 5 people before me do this , and yes I counted how many were there. Last time I checked I was not an employee at the dollar tree and did not need to be reprimanded for putting a basket where it clearly appeared to be where you put them. It is the perception and is implied that’s where you stack them when there is a stack already there. So why couldn’t these 2 employees just take mine when they took the others up front? Why did they single me out and make me feel like I was being reprimanded by a boss and told to do a task when I’m the customer?I just want to say I have never in my life left a store as a customer feeling so belittled to the point I had to write the company and tell them about their employees lack of customer service .I visited 2/5 at 10:48 and the cashier was Barbara and I did not catch the other employees name.

The worse customer service of all the dollar trees. Very rude cashier today 2/8 approx 1130 to 1230 the only one there today. She does not know how to talk to the customers. Acts like she owns the store. Will never go there again, Havre de Grace store much better friendly staff
