This location constantly over promises and under delivers. I use the cvs app and I also get the text messages and lately when the app and text says my prescription have been filled I drive there, wait in line and find out that it’s not!! Very frustrating especially this past weekend when I waited 45 mins only to find out it wasn’t there and told to come back the next day. I show on Sunday and again they tell me they don’t have all my prescriptions ready!!!! Now one of them is back ordered. I’m done with this location and moving my prescriptions to another place.

This is the worst pharmacy, around, I wish my insurance would reconsider a different pharmacy like Shoprite! The line is always out in the aisle, waiting time Is 30 minutes or longer just to pick up that was called in!

This is the most unorganized pharmacy I’ve ever been to. No one ever answers the phone. The line is always beyond the isle. I worked at a pharmacy for 5 years and I have seen nothing like this. There is no designated (Drop off) line. There is normally only one tech at the register. So to drop off you need to stand in line for 15-20 minutes. I was there yesterday and a lady dropped off and the tech proceeded to stand there and process the two scripts through insurance causing the line to back up even more. Will definitely be changing pharmacies due to the inconvenience of having to alway wait. As I’m typing this review I’ve been on hold for 17 minutes. Trying to figure out why my script (antibiotic) is pending approval. I got a text, no follow up call or explanation..

This is the worst pharmacy I have been to. They are completely disorganized and nonchalant about assisting customers. The line is alway out past the aisles and they don't answer the phone. I finally got through to refill a medication and was told it would take an hour. I showed up an hour and a half later and the pharmacist put it back on hold. Two hours and 10 minutes after my initial call I finally got my meds. I wish Target never sold their pharmacy to CVS, Target Pharmacy was awesome.

Seems like the pharmacist doesn’t know how to count pills. Why else would it take so long to fill a bottle with medicine? I have had an rx sitting there since 9am and still isnt filled. The staff is rude and careless.

Terrible experience , two adults came for 2 vaccines that we scheduled this time over 5 weeks ago and they only have 1. Appointment at 3pm and it’s now 3:50 and we have watched the employees continue to help customers who have come after us and even took an appointment for a woman who came for a 3:30 appointment and took care of her first. I asked the pharmacists how much longer it would be bc we have 2 small children who are getting fidgety and he acted frustrated and said it was just him and we need to be patient. He’s getting paid to be here, we are not and my time is worth a great deal to me. Really disappointing to see how little someone values another’s time. I’m stuck and forced to wait bc I arranged my work schedule to accommodate this and have too many obligations and trips planned to reschedule. CVS in target really needs to get it together what a bad, bad experience.

I don’t understand why these folks do not answer the phone. At least acknowledge that a patient is holding on to speak with someone. I do not like commercial pharmacy and CVS validates my concerns about commercial pharmacy and their staff. Awful!!!

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had and since the pharmacists that were here a couple months ago quit or just had enough. It’s people who are disrespectful and act like they can pick and choose who gets service. This week alone I have had my prescription waiting since 9:30 am it’s 5:46 and they just started working on it. And I am not happy with the feedback from staff I will be going anywhere that will accept my insurance if I can find another one close hopefully they speak and understand the English language and respect their customers ??????????????????????????

Nothing but issues since CVS took over Target's pharmacy. Chronically understaffed and near impossible to get anyone to answer a phone. Usually a super long line.

The absolute worst pharmacy! If it wasn’t for my insurance making me use them I’d be gone immediately! No one answers the phone and when you come here (because they don’t answer) and have questions as to why your script isn’t ready when promised, the pharmacist gets an attitude with me and makes me wait an additional 45 minutes for some needle tips.

The service has went down hill drastically, my Doctor has been on the phone for hours trying to get my prescription sent there and then when I tried to get it transferred they either hang up on me or leave me on hold for 2 hours. The pharmacist is rude and unprofessional.

Typically quite satisfied but disappointed lately. Need a better process when providing flu shots while a line continues to build for pickup.
