The BEST experience I've ever had with a tow company. Reasonably priced and super nice to work with. It's hard to come by a trustworthy mechanic but these are definitely the best I've worked with! They were able to tow my truck long distance and I can't recommend them enough.

Tim and Kim were fantastic! They joined me at Home Depot to pick up a riding lawn tractor. However, the store associates couldn't locate the keys. Tim patiently waited and even spotted some missing parts on the equipment, bringing them to my attention. Their excellent customer service and personal attention were truly appreciated. The pricing was fair as well. I highly recommend Cullums Towing based on this positive experience.

This tow truck company is great! I had been stranded on the road for 5 hours trying to get a tow truck through insurance roadside assistance. One call to Cullum’s and they were immediately en route to rescue me and had me on my way. They were kind and walked me through through the process. On 05/28/2023 my vehicle was totaled in a car accident. I was upset, it was only 5 months old, a Hyundai Pallisade Calligraphy. It wound up at Cullum's Towing in Aberdeen. The gentleman who met me was polite and sympathtic. He even helped me gather my belongings from the car. And then, after I arrived home, the same man showed up at my house to return the first aid kit and tools I had stashed in the floor compartment in the rear and totally forgotten about. Such an honest guy! God Bless him and his business! I mean who does things like that nowadays? You are the best Cullum's Towing of Aberdeen, MD ??Service: Car towing

Great experience. The owner Tim was very helpful and friendly over the phone. Within 30 minutes of my initial phone call, the truck was in route to pick up my vehicle. Tim and Kim were professional and courteous- was able to engage in friendly conversation.
