If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I took my car in for diagnosis on a check engine light and they had me waiting for hours before telling me I needed an entire transmission replacement. After getting a second opinion I found that my transmission sealant had broke and was spilling fluid because my front left axle was improperly installed. Mazda cook had installed this five months prior. I contacted Cook Mazda via phone, email, Facebook messenger and their websites contact me page and no one within the agency will get back to me on my complaint that I was charged for a diagnostic that wasn’t even correct, and they improperly installed my front left axle previously which had cost me over a grand to fix. Horrible customer service and they won’t respond to my complaint or acknowledge my problem. Very dissatisfied.

I came in for the free old change for life program to get my oil changed it's supposed to come with a free car wash I didn't get the car wash usually no one's ever available. I also asked them to program a key fob that I purchased online. They informed me that it would be a charge of $50 if it worked or not work which I understood but when I got there they told me that this was the wrong key fobs to program to my car visually they could see it from the button design but yet they still charged me $50 for trying to Program this fob to my car I don't know why if it's the wrong key fob would you try to program in the 1st place you should have just told me it was the wrong key fob and therefore you didn't try and therefore there is no charge. When I call back to let them know that even though they couldn't program they had cut the key that's inside the fob leaving me unable to return it so they offered me a blank key to go inside my fob but just from looking at fob when I came back all of a sudden they say this wouldn't of worked any way. I've been coming back-and-forth to this auto shop for years now 7 years and I have sent several other customers that bought cars from them, them charging me to program a key fob if it's not the right key. I will now refer to them as crooks not cooks. My next purchase will definitely not be there.
