Within a 3 hour period I had a complete roll up of everything in the vehicles status and areas that needed to be serviced soon to include pictures and infographics. The staff is extremely knowledgeable in what they do and take the time to explain components and why they need the kind of service they do and how often. Will be my go to shop from now on.”

They had a safe and comfortable space for our family to wait, and a clean bathroom available for customers! “Seems like an honest man. Exhaust was rattling loudly, vibrating the car. Turns out I bent my exhaust all up under my car by constantly hitting the curb while backing in to park. It was a quick fix and he didn't overcharge me.
Another time I took my car in cause it was smoking. He said the fix would require removal of my engine and declined the job but told me what was wrong with it and didn't charge me for the diagnosis even though I was willing to pay him for his time. His diagnosis was right and I did end up having to pull the engine.
Recommended. Would go back.”

“I never left a review of this place but I definitely should have before! My truck started leaking coolant like crazy a couple miles down the road, and I brought it there to check it out. They decided it needed a new hose, so they ran all the way down to Baltimore and picked up a coolant hose and had it on the truck within 2 hours. Also very reasonably priced. I wish repair shops like this were located everywhere, since this was a great experience. If I ever find myself needing work in the area I’ll definitely make my way over!”

“My partner, dog and I were driving on I-95N when we got a flat. When we got to Firestone, the techs had my vehicle in the garage in no time. Unfortunately, the tire could not be patched, and a tire that fit my car was not available until after the holiday weekend. However, James and the amazing folks at Firestone literally bent over backward to get us a tire to get us back home to Pennsylvania. Not only that, but they were kind enough to let us stay in the waiting room with our dog during one of the hottest days of the year. I can honestly say that we were extremely lucky, and extremely grateful, to come across a shop full of the kindest, most generous folks around. The experience was the epitome of top-notch customer service. If I lived in the area I happily would go here for regular service and maintenance.”
