Had a very bad experience with this dealership. We had a signed bill of sale and assured the vehicle was ours and it was sold out from under us. Mat, Laura and Chuck refused to admit their mistake and refused to help. And now won’t even accept our calls. Mat was very rude and disrespectful on multiple occasions. Would never recommend them to anyone

I used to recommend this place to everyone with a Jeep...
I don't know what happened 2 years ago but it has gone down hill big time since then.
The only reason I went back was because the parts were still covered.
But never again after today's problems.
Please find them customer service skills in the service department.

I landed at Adams Jeep after almost closing at another dealer. I must say Brian and staff were a pleasure to work with. We were very happy with our purchase and experience throughout the process. As an out-of-state buyer they would be my first choice for my Jeep needs.

Fantastic service, Best experience ever with the test drives. Was able to test drive several cars for comparison and wound up with an awesome used vehicle! Brian was great, the whole crew was great. Strongly recommend these guys to anyone.
