Been twice. Bad each time, put wheel covers over valve stem,instead thru hole, next time wheel weights fell off in two days after balance, done with that, they bent my rim and denied it, I wouldn't let them work on your vehicle, you will be sorry

Avoid this place. I took new tires there to have mounted and balanced, they put a hole in one by not mounting right. Called me and told me. Said “what do you want to do, order one, or we can”.. no apology. Had to come up the next day on my day off to have it corrected. Still no apology. They are all also very rude and not friendly at all.
A coworker brought his car here a few weeks ago for an oil change. He picked it up and parked near our office. When he went to leave, all his oil was on the ground. Had to leave his vehicle at work and uber home and to work the next day.
They did give me my $20 tire disposal fee back after I asked, for the inconvenience.. but just slapped it on the table rudely.

Customer service is exponentially bad. One extremely opionated awful, moody and untrustworthy mechanic ( tall guy with very ragged appearance), otherwise Mechanical work prices are very good.

I would give them 5 stars for the work they have done for me over many years. However you cross the line when you insinuate I'M lying because I tell you of a major safety item that their technician failed to tell me about. How do I know the technician was aware of this issue? When I returned a week later for an issue involving tires again the same technician said to me; " I can tell you one thing thats wrong, the right rear brake cylinder is locked up. I noticed that when you were in here last week" when I asked him why didn't he tell me he said, " its a vehicle 190000 miles on it". I then mentioned it to the older gentleman who was the manager and he just shrugged his shoulders. The next morning I called an the lady who usually manages and told her my story and she said " I dont believe you". I told her to ask the mechanic and she replied, very agitated she would . Its been over 2 months and I have not received any response. I didnt expect or deserve any refund because I didnt allow them to do the work. I just wanted an apology. Julian W Gordon

Very open and honest team about price line for interior and exterior detailing. Which I find is rare / hard to come by.
The team did a suburb job both with the interior and exterior of my car.
I have a 4 year old wrap, that has built up a black/dark smudge material that seemed to be embedded in the wrap after 4 years of being on the car. I’ve *never* been able to pull that discoloration out - but they pulled ALL OF IT out - even where I was rear ended and it was truly stuck in the wrap.
They were absolutely amazing, point blank.

1 stop shop for auto maintenance ranging from oil changes to new tire purchases. Pricing is super fair, and the staff communicates very well with customers.

Bad experience with the service department. The technician misplaced my lug lock tool, and the management would not take ownership or resolve the issue. In fact, she became very condescending. Absolutely, the worst customer's service and lack of professionalism I've ever experienced.
