“Had my “new to me” car inspected here and am absolutely pleased about the level of care and work that went into the roll up. Within a 3 hour period I had a complete roll up of everything in the vehicles status and areas that needed to be serviced soon to include pictures and infographics. “Walk-in for service on Saturday expecting to drop off my car and hours later a ridiculous cost for repairs. I was pleasantly surprised. The team was able to diagnose the issue immediately and ordered the part for delivery and installment within an hour. Unfortunately my diva of a car didn't like the part and another had to be ordered for delivery the following Monday.
I was told to call Monday to make sure the part was delivered but I didn't because of my schedule. Bob called me Tuesday and I planned to come in 1st thing Wednesday morning for the repair. I arrived and was in and out within 30 minutes.
I chose this business because of the reviews and I'm so glad. The service did not disappoint. I've found my new mechanic shop!”

“My 2022 Silverado is my first new vehicle in forever and is my pride and joy. When i messed up the tailgate on a day of hunting my heart sank. I found Andrews Garage after a bit of searching. Anytime you use a new business you’re a bit nervous. Well the results and treatment I received put those nervous feelings to rest. They did everything I asked for and then some. My truck was a mess inside from hunting and cleaning it was my first order of business after being repaired. After paying and heading out the door I looked in the truck. The inside looked almost showroom new. I almost fell over. A month of hunting mess and dirt from my dog was gone. I was shocked. “We had a tree limb fall on our 2018 Subaru Forester damaging the SUV from front to back. There was damage to the hood, roof, rear hatch, bumper, etc. and there were also about 100 dents in the roof from acorns. We picked the car up and it looks like new. H&H did a fantastic job! “My car was towed here by a AAA recommendation and I do want to say that they were very friendly and accommodating and did a great job on my car. After the service was done I got the bill and realized it was 118$ an hour for labor. I didn’t have any major parts replaced as it was an oil change and clean up after I overfilled my oil. 118$ an hour in labor and 2.5 hours for that work is not something I expected or was notified about. I was shocked but had to pay it to get my car back. I don’t think I have ever paid 118$ an hour for labor even when my car was serviced at a dealership and I used to live in San Diego CA. Those are some Beverly Hills CA prices!!! 360$ later I was shocked…. Definitely shop around when getting your car serviced and ask about their hourly labor fee so you are aware of the costsAhead of time.”

Very open and honest team about price line for interior and exterior detailing. Which I find is rare / hard to come by.
The team did a suburb job both with the interior and exterior of my car.
I have a 4 year old wrap, that has built up a black/dark smudge material that seemed to be embedded in the wrap after 4 years of being on the car. I’ve *never* been able to pull that discoloration out - but they pulled ALL OF IT out - even where I was rear ended and it was truly stuck in the wrap.
They were absolutely amazing, point blank.”
