We had a few communication problems with Woodland but when they heard we weren’t happy they were more than willing to make everything right. Tyler went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure our piece was made correctly. We appreciate the service we received and are very thankful they took care of us. We would highly recommend.

I consulted with Graeme at Woodland Supply for setting up a new railing system on my stairs. He was super flexible with materials and design, and also gave some great advice during a home consultation. I was very happy with the service!

I ordered baseboards and paid a $40 delivery fee as they were too long to fit in my truck because they came only in 14 foot lengths. When the baseboards arrived 17 out of 26 were water stained, not happy. I called within 10 minutes of receiving them and was told that they've been sitting in the warehouse for a couple of months. First thing that ran through my head was " don't you check the product before delivery?" I had to wait a few days for a second delivery, which I was told would arrive by 9am and came at 11:30am. Would've been nice if they refunded my delivery fee for putting my renovation project back a few extra days.

Woodland Supply provided us a quote - came out to measure, then re-sent the estimate which we accepted- we went to the store to pick out the railings and decide on the final - spoke with installer - and then the final estimate was sent to us based on the glass and railings we chose - - which we accepted and had the deposit ready to give - this all transpired since July - now the end of October- they tell us the person is no longer working there oh and it will be over $10,000 more !! Had our deposit ready to give on the final measurements- and he would not take it - then sends us a quote for over $10k more!!!!Not the customer service I would have expected from this company. I guess they figured they had a vested customer- so charge them more.Now we have to start all over with another company. 4 months later… very unprofessional in our opinion! Very upset over this!
