Avoid this place at any cost folks, they are lying easily,
I towed my car here because it was cranking and not starting, after waiting for a week to arriving my appointment they told me technician checked the car and here is the text message from they’re service advisor about the problem:
Status update: tech noted NO CRANK CONFIRMED, USED BOOSTER NO EFFECT, TESTED BATTERY, BATTERY FAILED, REPLACEMENT NEEDED.
IF BATTERY REPLACED AND NO CRANK STILL, STARTER IS NEXT TO REPLACE. FROM POSSIBLE CONTINOUS STARTING AFTER DEAD.
They quote me 800$ for battery replacement at the beginning and if doesn’t work the we need to replace starter which is another 1100 $,
I probably know more than this technician because I was sure NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY STARTER AND BATTERY BECAUSE WAS CRANKING EASILY, my battery went out of charge because I was trying to start few times,
They are lying easily as a CERTIFIED COMPANY DEALER, when I refused to repair the car
they charged me 160$ for diagnosing which was for telling unreal truth about my car and they were supposed to talk to they’re manager and refund which was never happened,
I took my car to the private repair shop and they said one of the coil was shortened,
HEY MANAGER LISTEN:
MY CAR GOT FIXED FOR 300$ AND STILL WORKING WITH SAME BATTERY AND SAME STARTER FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS WHICH COULD COST ME 2000$ IN YOUR DEALERSHIP,
We are not done yet, and I will be going to do more clarification and announcements about this Story,
For people who are out there and reading this story please avoid this place.

I had the pleasure of working with Eric, Doug, and Kevin over the last couple of days, we weren't able to come to an agreement, but it was a good dealership experience! It was quick, straightforward, honest, and straight to the point. I would like to thank these three individuals for their hospitality and help! Hopefully, we can figure out something next time.

Been dealing with a claim on my genesis coupe for over a year now and felicio has been amazing for every step in the process. Mpi has been no help but he keeps pushing to get the claim completed and get the answers from mpi and I couldn’t be more happy. He really is a down to earth guy that wants what’s best for his customers and that’s hard to come by now days
