Just had a cranky old dude tell me I wasn't spending enough money and that I shouldn't waste their time. Never going back and suggest people steer clear

PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFETYI went into this car wash as I live Farley close by to give them pretty much one last shot after having multiple altercations prior at this very location with employees about "drying a car" in a CAR WASH. Today I went in EARLY so I could have time too dry my car and not have people waiting in line to wait also went in early so I wouldn't be harrased by any employees about me drying off my car. Today I went in with my new foam gun and proceeded to use THERE water and PAY to rinse my car with THERE WATER, after Im done rinsing I'm using my new foam gun and the old man in blue plad shirt walks up too me and literally starts yelling at me telling me I'm not allowed to use my foam gun and that I'm not using there soap and I should be washing it at home because I'm not using there soap. As I continued to explain that I always come here and ALWAYS end up spending Atleast $15 everytime to wash my car here. That went over his head and he told me that I'm not allowed to use the foam gun because I'm not using there soap and I have people waiting. Then I pointed at the door and showed him that the bays we're all empty he decided to say nothing and said to me and I quote "if the owner sees you using that foamgun in here he would have you on the top of your car" The Old man must have just thought that all those soap suds would maggically just fall off? Or do I have to pay again to fully rinse and wax it? Yes I do! If you want to come to this wash to support getting threatened then be my guest but these bunch of individuals are disgusting disgustong people who should be ashamed of working anywhere it entails any CUSTOMER service. Boycott this place.

Extremely rude and cranky employee. It's clear he hates his job and really doesn't care about customer service. The fact that he oversees this car wash is a clear indicator that the owners don't care either. If you look at other reviews, I'm not the only one had a bad experience. It's safe to conclude we can't trust an establishment like this. Fortunately, there are a lot of other car wash options in this area, so I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, even if it's a little bit of a further drive. Nothing special about this one, not worth having to deal with this employee who seems to work there regularly.
This is what happened:
I was drying my car after spending about $8 washing it (no cars waiting, and it was very dead, many empty stalls at the time). The day and time is Sunday January 21st between 3:00pm and 3:30pm. The man who supervise and cleans the place (older caucasian man with moustache, european accent, and wearing plaid at the time) was cleaning the stall beside me with a pressure hose. I noticed it was kicking dirt on to the bottom of my freshly clean car below the curtain boundary. So I politely asked him if he can just be a bit careful, figured it was an honest mistake. I wasn't even upset, not a big deal. To my surprise he just started to get mad and frustrated for no reason, telling me "you're drying for free" "go outside", and was swearing and saying "this is ridiculous. He claimed to be the manager of the place, but I don't believe it. I paid to wash my car, not to be yelled at by some random man.

Just left the car wash today, on a colder winter morning. Literally had been drying my car for 30 seconds if that, when the employee, an older tall male, with a mustache startled me and said in a cranky brusque tone that your only allowed to dry your windows not the doors. I get when it's busy to clear out, but I understood that 5 minutes drying time was the norm when temperatures are frigid. What further frosted me was that a male in the next stall seemed to have been allowed a further 5 minutes to dry his vehicle. Was this an oversight or sexist, who knows. I have been a faithful whales customer, mainly just out of loyalty or habit for 30 plus years. No more, my husband has been touting Blondies, telling me it is a much better facility and I will now heed his advise.
