“Bruce at this location was so great. I bought a watch after Christmas, and it was defective. I had called spoke with Carlos about the problem, i told him i love the watch, it just stops randomly, he said its defective, to just bring it in and no questions they would replace it, we don't live in wpg, so when we got there it was 2 wks after purchase. The guy who sold it to us made it extremely difficult to get a replacement. i went in multiple times, and he was always there, He is an FT staff member. I went in again for the 4th time, and he wasn't there. I explained the story to Bruce, that after multiple attempts to get a replacement and being gaslite buy the other staff member, that I would leave the watch for as long as it took to prove the brand new watch was defective, that the battery had been changed, it still stops and the time changes.Without a question, Bruce replaced my watch . He was very kind and bc of him, only is why I won't reveal the unhelpful staff name. Thank you. The replacement has not had a single issue. and i love it.”
