An incredible experience at walmart in decades!!
I was running out of time while looking for some emergency items.Tamzida was a lifesaver. Despite being really busy, she helped me quickly and with a smile, which relieved so much of my stress.Also she was clever and kind enough to notice that I’m in hurry and helped me throughout without being asked.Her friendly and efficient service made all the difference!
Thank you tamzida.I hope your effort be appreciated by everyone:D

Probably the worst Walmart in Winnipeg. It's in shambles. It looks worse than the Empress Walmart.

Tried to get some Photos printed.
3 of the 4 Kiosks were "Out of service" so i went to the one that didn't have the sign.
I was using the instant prints and I finished my order and went to pay. Only after that does the machine come up with an error message. After this the employee tells me they don't do instant prints anymore and I could only wait for the one hour prints.
This was extremely inconvenient and I had to go all the way to Customer service to get my money back for 6 photos Lol. The employees didn't seem to care at all.
This location has gone down hill in the past couple years.

Disappointed to see no Garbage bins or recycling bins outside or inside the store. Had a water bottle to dispose of in recycling. Management, and front entrance staff essentially said they no longer recycle..Shame on you Walmart..but I'm not surprised

The order was made by mistake. I called the support service, they said the store should cancel in 3 days. It's been 5 days, the store doesn't cancel the order. The store is waiting for 10 days so that you can not return the money. American wolmart policy is an easy return. But the management of wolmart in Canada is fraudulent. It's sad. You're rolling to the very bottom.

Walmart good, used their free Wi-Fi to upload data. My mountain bike was stolen in this parking lot, but not much they can do about that.

I purchased my groceries on their app. They delivered someone else's groceries at my house. I called the 1800 number and they were completely useless. I called the store and they said I have to go to the store to return the items I received and to pick up my order, and I'm pretty sure they won't have it ready for me, they are probably going to make me go grab each item from the shelves. Then, what's the point of ordering online??!!!! Useless customer service!!

I wrote this review after being asked by the same girl to get their Mastercard EVERY TIME I use Self checkout. She was very pushy after I said NO. “Why? Why don’t you want one?” I said I just do not. “Why? Why? You shop here a lot “. I told her “I had one before but did not like it”. Then she kept pushing me. “Why? Why?” I said loud NO THANK YOU three times but she kept talking about this. She rolled her eyes and would not leave. And kept looking at the screen on the payment pos terminal. I had to move around to not let her see my password when I pay…at the end, she pointed on the register to the 5 star rating…she really needs to learn about customer services skills..

I don't a see a reason to walk 200 meter to exit the store from the farmacy, because every exit we have to have has been blocked.

Girls on Self checkout are behaving inappropriately. One came so close to me I could feel her breath and started annoying me about Walmart master card. I said loud and clear NO THANKS two times but she kept talking about this. I couldn't believe my eyes. I said "no matter what you say or do I won't get it, ok?" She kept talking... Afterwards she left, I finished my shopping and another one showed up and did even crazier thing, she pointed on the register to the 5 star rating. I said "no way" and I clicked on one star. What a horrible experience, I'm so blessed I moved away and I don't have to deal with these lunatics.

A pretty depressing place. They have mostly self check-outs but several staff are working at them, directing you to a register, and then pouncing on you when you have finished paying, asking you to give them five stars on the survey that pops up on the screen when you are done. Why not have all those people work at cash registers instead? It was also comical to see a member of staff walking alongside the autonomous floor cleaner.
The item I went in to purchase was $10 more than the online price, which was $29. Pretty sneaky business practices, especially in the current economic climate. Do better Walmart!

This rating is strictly for when I go into the store, I have enjoyed the online ordering processes but every time i go into the store I leave really frustrated.
They constantly have prices lower on the shelves and at check out cost more than listed. Every time I go in the store to grab groceries, I have to run back to check prices while checking out and grab photos to bring back to check out because the prices don’t match. The staff don’t seem to care, their nonchalant reactions lead me to believe it happens so often. I’ve spoke to a manager twice but nothing has changed. It’s bad enough we scan and bag our own groceries, we do a lot of the work for them and now have to run around checking prices!
Please watch your groceries as you scan them if you’re expecting a certain price! I can only imagine how many people pay more without noticing and how many notice when they get home and don’t wanna go back to fix it!
Please do better Walmart, this should not be an issue! I don’t want to resort to taking photos of everything to make sure the prices match.
