As you would expect in terms of products and services…..staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of stuff to choose. I don’t like hunting down staff to get into the locked bathroom.

There are lots of amazing treasures that you can't find anywhere else. Except in your grandparents' basement.

I come for books so often and the prices are unbelievable, $3-$5 books. Yes they’re used but if you go to chapters/indigo it’s $25 a book. As long as you have the patience to looks at the books for 15m you won’t have trouble finding a book for you.

Been coming here for over 10years. After being racially profiled 8mons pregnant with both my children and partner present I will never step foot in this store again. After having chosen USED baby clothes for my daughter, and an opened pack of swim diapers, I was followed by a tall teen male worker who was near me at self checkout and a young Asian girl who felt the need to “help” me 3 times at checkout after repeatedly telling her I do not need help to direct myself to the paper bags in front of me or to dump the clothes all over the counter that I had planned to buy for my girl (fill a bag for 3.99 I believe) I was humiliated and refused to buy any of it. My partner was furious (he headed to the car to get our children strapped in while I did self check out) he attempted to buy the clothes (within 5 mins of me walking out empty handed) which were all “put away already” and he got zero apology or sympathy toward the situation he flipped out and left. Gross behaviour. Do better.

I was there to exchange some clothing items. I was helped by 3 lovely staff members & I was thrilled to leave with a wonderful new outfit & a great experience during my time there!!

Removal of change rooms made shopping here a horrible experience . Used to love this place. Was a loyal customer for 20+ years. Please bring back the change rooms. (And no, the return-for-store-credit policy isn't an acceptable substitute for being able to try on clothes before buying them.)

Definitely one of the better locations in the city. Consistent good finds at usually-tolerable prices.

Some things are overpriced but if you look you can find some pretty great deals.

Ain't coming back till they bring back fitting rooms? I can say I've 'wasted' so much money, but it feels more like they stole it ; coming home with something that ended up not fitting then just returning it to another thrift store, or thowing it out, not fun anymore.

A great variety of goods. Some well priced, others over priced. I use Google search often to compare new to used prices.

A clothing store with no fitting rooms!!?? I was told by staff that they didn't want to pay someone to clean them during Covid, so they closed them and are not bringing them back. The expectation is for you to buy something, take it home to try on, and if it doesn't fit, you can bring it back and exchange only for something else you can't try on. That's an endless loop I prefer not to get stuck in. I used to shop here all the time. It's no longer worth the hassle.

Good prices on some items, old worn sweat pants shudnt cost $14 to $16.00 that's more than giant tiger prices andHouseware items are a bit over priced for scratched and burnt pots & old crock pots. But over all the service at the till is excellent.???
