There's always a treasure and a sale. Regular prices are typically outrageous. Collect flex points. You receive coupons, and points can be used as cash towards a purchase. Each location varies. Staff is friendly and helpful. Washrooms are locked. Security on site. Happy thrifting. I can not believe people pay full retail when you can save at least 50% on clothing, linens, and household items.

Nice clean store awesome staff I have to edit this as I went there today and they have the worst customer service. I wanted to ask the manager a question. I asked a staff member if she was in because she kept saying I would have to talk to the manager. The manager was close by and overheard she the said what's you issue. I said I don't have one just a question. After I asked my question about buying 4 or 5 expensive items behind the counter. I wanted to know if they work. She said her staff would have to check it. She then ignored me with her back to me and after awhile I left empty handed. I was going to spent almost 300.00 and I doubt I'll go back. I feel like they must be desperate for managers to have such a rude one.

Prices are ridiculously especially considering EVERYTHING in the store was donated to them for free
$39.99 for a pair of mens jeans that were clearly worn and well loved.
Wont be going back

Strictly for profit and expect to pay gst/pst. Expensive considering items are 2nd, 3rd hand and so on! It's a shame that profits don't go back in the community like Salvation Army does.

This is the first time I visited tge Ellice locaion since pre-covid. It used to be my favorite. I was looking for a cardigan. I was shocked at the disgusting low quality of their very limited stock. I would be hesitant to use most of what I saw as rags. The rack was so crowded together it was near impossible to get sweaters out. It felt dirty. And so crowded and junky.

6 self check out registers and they are now only using two at a time. Huge line in the store. Today I took these photos of this dish from a dollar store they had priced twice as its original price. Sums up how these stores are being run these days.
