We were so fortunate to connect with the wonderful staff at Urban barn.
Just moving to Winnipeg, my wife and I needed help to furnish our new town house.
Donna and Byrne were ready for the task. Drawing up a design for the entire house. All three levels got specific urban barn pieces.
My wife and Donna worked to get accents and pictures just right.
We are now friends and not just customers.
Thank you Urban barn for such wonderful solid furniture.

I was disappointed with the customer service I received at the urban barn on regent ave in Winnipeg. When I enquired about price adjustment on 6 chairs I purchased less than 2 weeks ago I was met with abrupt, rude attitude from the store manager. And when one of the chairs was damaged I was told that I had to drive to the warehouse to pick up a new one from a warehouse not located in Winnipeg. When I asked why I wasn’t told about the white glove service I was told that the person who sold me the chairs did not know that assembly was required (the assembly process was the so draining as each chair is individually wrapped as 4 pieces). I feel like I it’s my fault, and I feel almost like they just wanted to make a quick sale. One positive is the customer service I received on the phone was professional and understood my concerns. Maybe individuals at the store need a refresher on product and professional conduct when dealing with customers.

Worst customer service ever! Disrespectful to customers and not customers oriented place. Every employee will tell you a different scenario and at the end of the day you will feel fooled. Will never purchase anything here again.

Very nice store, good products. I really enjoy this location as the one close to me shut down in the past. The manager I dealt with was one of the most respectful and amazing people ever, too!

HORRIBLE customer service by a woman named Zulikea.I walked in and I was greeted with "sup" and a quiet "look at this b...." to her coworker who was visibly ashamed of what she just said. I asked if they sell picture frames and Zulikea said I should go look at Value Village.Honestly I am so shocked and ashamed that I will NEVER go back to any of the locations.
