Would not recommend this moving company. They tried to over charge me for a service that was not quoted and damaged my book shelf then refused to compensate me for the damaged item. One of the movers was throwing my items around and argumentative, when I asked him to leave my home he had refused and was being verbally disrespectful.
When I asked to speak to the owner of the company over the phone, I was told he only does email communication. Overall, I was very disappointed with the customer service and disrespect of the movers towards my items and myself.

Absolutely terrible company.
They will tell you they have insurance but when things are damaged or broken and you try to file a claim they either will offer you a maximum of $50 or just plain ignore you.
Their storage facility is a large dirty room that has no way of separating customers items for one another's not to mention it has no cameras or security and anyone can just walk through it and take your items.
The workers seemed untrained and complained loudly about being underpaid and overworked, and after speaking with the franchise owner I can definitely see why they feel that way. He's a criminal who takes advantage of his customers and employees alike, with zero idea of how to run a business.
1 star is too good for this joke of a company, save your money and book with an actual moving company, not these crooks.

This was the worst moving experience we ever had, everything from timing of arrival, moving the items was terrible and we had issues at every stage of the move. We have done many moves including long distance across provinces and this was local and the worst one, would not recommend.
