“I've only rented thier 5-ton trucks. Clean, well maintained, newer, and the staff are nice and helpful. It would have been 5 stars but the lift gates they have on all save one truck, dont allow you to line up to docks correctly. And the cut away for the use of the tailgates dont allow dock plates to rest flat on the truck.”

“It's a good pick for myself being a 24 hour access. You can back in to a garage that is secure with a truck no longer than 15' or 11' high but watch out for these bugs that are a combination of a spider, cricket, and grasshopper that are dinosaurs in size and hop sideways. It'll make you scream and run. Lm**o! Too funny. Or a dock at the entrance door. U-Haul has you enter a four digit code that you use to enter the building and access the elevator. You have to punch it in every time you get on the elevator. When you get into your storage space U-Haul provides a new lock, still in package, that's left on the floor. Only the person renting the space has a key no one else. I rented a 10×15 that fit enough for a two bedroom and den, that's if you know how to pack and stack the storage. I left very little room close to the ceiling of the unit. I don't recommend being there alone at night. I tried and is creepy as hell.If anyone would like any help loading their storage I would gladly do so at a cheap rate.”
