“Met with the owner (Matt) a few days prior for an estimate. Was greeted promptly and courteously day of appointment. Had a brake caliber service front and back and a brake fluid flush. Took 3 hours. Waited in the comfortable waiting room and Jeff gave me regular updates on the progress. Matts estimate was right on. I am so impressed with my experience that Hi-Tech will now be my go to place for any services on my 2017 Buick Envision.

“I have been going here for years and the workers are efficient, fast and knowledgeable about my vehicles. They do tire checks and tighten the bolts on my tires if needed. They also email me when It is due for oil changes. The staff is courteous and answer any questions I may have and offer suggestions and explanations of any maintenance needed on my vehicles. The price is worth it for a oil change and filter change. No charge for oil top ups and windshield top ups and air in my tires since I am a regular customer. I am definitely planning on giving them my business in the future.”

“I got a Check Light on my card a Sunday before driving away on my holidays. I wasn´t sure if I could safely drive the car or not. I called the Dealer first thing in Monday and they essentially ignored me. I called this shop because a friend told me they were the best. They were able to give a quick check to the car to ensure it was safe to drive. The mechanic was very professional and quickly checked the car and told me it was good to go. He was right. I drove for 5 days with no issues. Those guys saved my holidays!”

“My brakes were squeaking, but only sometimes. Got a free brake inspection after my oil change and figured I would check my brakes.
My appointment was for 1 p.m. but car was taken in 15 minutes earlier.
I requested that the mechanic (Ben) show me my brakes before doing any work.
Not only did he show me that my brakes were fine, he also topped up my brake fluid for free.
Jordan at the counter answered numerous questions I had regarding brakes and tires, very friendly and honest people.
Really appreciate the honesty from this place, highly recommend.
