Cashier (Kayla, i think her name was, had black short hair and caucasian, dark makeup) was VERY RUDE. Did not even say hi, despite me saying "hello, how are you?", looked like she despised being there and just had a completely blatant attitude. Did not make eye contact, and acted as if it was against her will to help me with a return for a purchase I made online. It was my first time going into that store but imagine if that is how she treats customers, and knowing that kids come in here? I was under the impression that Toys R Us is a happy place for some but meeting her just ruined my day with her negativity. The place will continue to be ruined if you are hiring people like her. I am completely disappointed with the service I got and would NEVER go back if that is the attitude your employees possess. Would give zero stars if I could.

Seems like there's a lot of toys and other things but nothing that grabs my kids attention. The toys are more expensive in comparison to Walmart or Mastermind Toys. We went twice to use the gift card but nothing of interest.

I just have to say, I don't shop here often just for my nieces and nephews. But every time I have the staff is so helpful and friendly. It's a rare thing in retail where staff want to talk to you and are genuinely happy. Just thought I'd share that!

Cashier was very kind. Had pretty much everything expected. Prices were a little high compared to other stores but not everything. Was a bit difficult finding someone working on the floor.

I have lived in the Winnipeg my whole life. I have come to this Toys R Us for 25 years. It is amazing. Clean, good staff, and well organized.
When I had twins we registered here and I’m so glad we did. Helpful energetic staff who were willing to help.

Just went into toys r us today september 23rd 2024. My partner and I were shopping when a worker an older women with dyed hair approached him twice asking if he needed help and if he was there alone. The second time she accused him of stealing and asked him if he had anything in his pockets. He answered just his sunglasses and showed her and her response was " well you know we have cameras". I understand if your dealing with lots of theft but going around accusing customers because of the way they look is uncalled for. Definitely felt like racial profiling.

They wouldn't let me use my reusable bags. Super weird, I guess they have stocks in plastic bag companies

Clean and tidy toy shop, you can easily find the toys you are looking for and lots of choices 😀
