“Lego stores have amazing customer service and are always so helpful… i went to the winnipeg store a few weeks ago and needed help finding a couple newly released sets which i couldn’t find… the sales rep quickly found them for me and actually recommended another set that would compliment the sets i wanted… so yeah i walked out with more than i had intended but it was an excellent suggestion. Great product and great store and great staff!”

“Jenna and Carla were the ones who were helping me. It was my first time going into Build a Bear and I wasn't sure what I wanted or really what to expect.I had some issues with my voice recording they helped me change it over several times until I found one I liked. They helped me dress the my build a bear, and even found some extra items that weren't on display that would go with the theme. I was very impressed this review was taken place on September 26th, 2023 I however forgot to write it as I intended but my wife was very happy with the results these lovely ladies helped me with.”

“Although TRU had shut down all their operations in the US, and I remember so many memories I got with the place, doing all my toys hunting, my only regret was not able to visit the big TRU in New York before everything closed.Yes, I really miss it, and now while visiting Canada I cannot pass on an opportunity to come here, just to relive it, my childhood toys from Power Rangers to TMNT thru out the 90s.Everything inside out still look and feel the same, from the entrance to the giraffe mascot, I was a bit skeptical because I walked the entire store but all I found was cars, dinosaurs and baby dolls; then something hit me, on the left corner is the big holy grail, all the collectibles from Neca, Dcs, Mattel, Hasbro, etc they had them all with just a little more careful display, empty boxes without any figures inside because you know thieves, I think that is quite smart, the thing I still don't like about TRU is their prices, it's more expensive than any other places like Target or Walmart, but they used to have a points program, just not apply to this anymore, since you can buy everything online and price match at Target for a better deal.Anyway I'm just glad TRU stood still against time, not often that you get to feel nostalgia in a long time. Well, Canada you did something right, you saved Toys R Us.”
“It looked closed due to the fact the doors were so dirty. But when I found my way in there was lots of toys to chose from along with price reductions on good brand name items. I did find the toys I wanted for my granddaughter at a reasonable price ! The staff came to the cashier once they seen there was a lineup”
