“EDIT: Had to come here again more recently (mid 2024) and they were way better. Helped me out for something I needed fixed urgently - turned out it was a simple fix and they didn't even charge me. Had to update my rating to reflect that since it saved my week.

Fine for patching tires - wouldn't recommend for anything else.
Came here once to fix my tire and they were honest and fixed it at a reasonable rate. Hoping to make it my regular place.
Second time they legit tried to charge my grandpa $1200 for completely unnecessary work. Fortunately he called me up and I spoke with Fountain Tire and I suggested they check the issue on Google for this model of car - something you can find within 3 seconds - and it came up immediately. Completely separate issue that they didn't even consider. If I hadn't intervened it would have been a $1200 wasted to not even fix the issue (on top of the cost for the actual issue). I really get the impression they didn't even care that they were completely on the wrong track here either.
Avoid this location Fountain Tire if possible. If you have to go here because you work downtown - always do your research before and after they give you their diagnosis - based on what some others have said it seems they are great at patching tires but now I can't trust them anymore for other work. Not mad; just disappointed.”
“Absolutely awesome experience.
As a woman I have had appointments at garages where they extorted my naivety about my vehicle and told me I needed a plethora of brand new things just to make a quick buck.
I took my newer car to Connon recently to get a safety, they booked me in the very next day and had it done in two hours and mentioned that one wiper blade needed replacing, which it absolutely did!
I was so impressed with this place and they were very kind and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!”

“First time visiting these guys as my usual shop had to close. Pretty pleased with them even though I ended up spending way more than I had originally thought - but that was due to way more work required than I originally thought. All work was explained to me + cheaper options offered where available. Importantly - work was done on short notice. Most importantly, the car held up on a summer road trip with no issues.”

“First time visiting a Costco outside of California/USA. The layout is pretty much the same as any other Costco, but they have chicken tenders and poutine fries at their Food Court. It's a nice, snowy location. No gas station here tho. They do have some items that are not found in the Cali stores.”
