Awesome service, I came on a Thursday night and it was pretty busy. Ruben was helping multiple customers in a timely matter and was able to find an outfit for my 6'5" frame in no time. Would highly recommend Tip Top to anyone.

Stopped in to purchase a suit two days before an event. I was very impressed with Tip Top’s selection, price and fit. Even more impressed with their staff. Darren was very knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and style forward. He provided excellent advice, did not pressure me, and within 20 minutes I was fitted and was walking out. Alterations were done within a day, but was disappointed that for a $20 hem, they did not press the pants. Perhaps a small price to pay to get a custom fit suit in two days.
I will continue to shop at the Regent Ave. Tip Top and will make sure that Darren helps me.

If I could give Morgan 10 stars, I would.I am having an extremely rough Christmas. And I have been putting off shopping as long as possible. I finally went today and needed to make a TT stop for my husband.Morgan was incredible! She greeted me right away, helped me find what I needed, we chuckled over the AMAZING socks I picked out and had a GREAT chat! It was honestly what I needed because the mall was already feeling overwhelming and I had been there all of 20 mins.I cannot tell you how grateful I am to find a person like this at this time of year. Someone helpful, fun and kind. Please do something wonderful for her for the holidays. Merry Christmas.

After (rudely) being ignored by the associates at Moore's, I was incredibly pleased by the kind and professional attitude I had received at Tip Top Tailors. I am not very literate when it comes to suit sizes or styles but she made it very easy to understand what styles look well together and which suit best compliments your body frame. The prices were reasonable for the quality of suit they carry. I would highly recommend coming here for your first, or next suit.

Very courteous staff, not pushy but very easy to talk to and get help from. I also like how there are often very good sales, making it easy to spend lots of money here on very nice clothing! My go to store for dress clothes/work clothes.

I would give them negative stars if i could. Had worst experience with one pregnant lady (staff)there. No smile or any kind of pleasantries at all. Asked for couple things to try and got response "OH we don't have his size" even tho it was sitting right at the front and she ended up getting it for us anyways looking really upset.We went there couple months ago and and had similar experience with her but we just let it go thinking she might be having bad day but I guess lady needs some customer service classes. But we won't be going back there

Walked in this morning looking for a sports jacket. Associate was on her phone. She pointed towards the wall and said they were over there. She never left the desk or her phone. Did not offer any assistance. We left and will never go back.
