I went to pick up a package and when the guy behind the counter got it for me he l tried to tell me I need led to pay $5 for the service. When the person who sent me the package had paid all fees on their end and had specifically asked if there was any costs for me they told him no. Not sure what scam this guy at UPS was trying to pull but I was not going to have any of it. I will never use UPS and I have told many other people not to use them now as they are a bunch of scammers. I didn’t end up paying as I would have refused and told him to send the package back if that was the case. This store is horrible service hiring people who try to get extra money from people. Also they were giving the person ahead of me a hard time because their name on the ID and package was off by 1 letter due to the person who sent theirs had used a nick name (Becka) and the ID said Becky with both had the same address. The sender for my item will not use UPS and has been telling people since not to use them either.

Painfully slow service. And ridiculously overpriced. $38 to send a $12 wrist brace, what a joke! Over 10 people standing in line for an hour with only one person working. And the one employee couldn’t even keep track of who was next in line. Some Karen cut me in line with zero remorse, when I brought it to the attention of the staff, I was somehow the one in the wrong for calling her out.

Staff wasn't mannerful at all. The evening shift guy wasn't even attending us properly, his tone was really extremely rude. I seriously don't recommend to go there.

Waited 20 minutes in line to get a passport photo as the site says they are available. I get to front of the line to be told the printer is broken so no photos are available, thanks for wasting my time! If I could give less than 1 stsr for a rating I would

I had difficulty with a store clerk here but have recently had better experiences with the manager at this location. I have raised it to 4 stars because UPS has started delivering right to my door (condo) instead of just leaving a sticker.

Went there to drop off my package. Turned out its was done within seconds. Also the manager was very respectful and kind. And the staff was also very friendly. Best ups store!

Horrible experience with this store April 30/2024 5:34pm. I dropped off 5 boxes to be shipped to a person in Alaska. One of the boxes went missing immediately. UPS said it was never picked up from this store. Employee at this store said all 5 boxes were picked up. UPS held the rest of the shipment. Shipment was kept at their warehouse for a month. Then shipped back to Winnipeg. Then UPS reshipped the 4 remaining boxes to the final destination of Alaska. UPS denied insurance claim saying box was never picked up by driver. This Store #401 should be held liable for the missing $1200 box. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Read other reviews.

I come here fairly often and the service provided by Deep and the rest of his team is always great! The guys here are super nice and helpful, by far the best UPS Store in Winnipeg.

For those who may not know how to create their own label or find it confusing to use the website like me or have no printer..you can go to this store..it took some time but it was fine for me as long as they take care of everything..the staff are kind and helpful.

Yesterday, I asked to print out color copies, and I explained to Prajval that I'd like to trim the thank you cards myself. He kindly offered to trim everything for free. Before that, I had stopped by Staples, and they didn't even want to receive my file via email. I definitely won't go back to Staples. This store 401 will be my print provider from now on. Also, Prajval was very efficient and kind. Congratulations guys, your customer service is EXCELLENT.
