I had a great experience. Ukrainian staff member helped me a lot and took my photo and provided additional services very professionally. I recommend this UPS and Ukrainian staff member who works where.

The person working there told me they are not actually a ups store which.... I am really confused as it's listed as such.
I was talking to a person in training and they did not let me get my package as my address did not match where I was sending it to. I had issues with my own address last time which is why I sent it to my best friend
They did not inform me that of the second option for the requirements: What ID is required for UPS Canada?
Option 1: Present a government-issued photo ID where the last name and full address (including the suite or apartment number, if applicable) on the ID match the last name and full address on the package. Option 2: Present a government-issued photo ID where the last name matches the last name on the package.
I have government id, but the second option was not presented. They have since had the package sent back and I'm having issues re ordering it.

Great service! Got my photo made very fast, they also email it on your e-mail. And work hours till 6 pm! Can be found at Winnipeg circle close to George’s cookies and TD bank.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I attended this store for passport photos and I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money and go ANYWHERE ELSE. These people do not know what they are doing and your photos will be rejected as mine were NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE. The first set of photos were rejected because my shirt blended in too much with the background, the second because my teeth were showing. As people who are taking passport photos and charging $25 each, you would think they would be clear on what is and is not acceptable. After two trips to the passport office, waiting in line, and having a huge delay added to an already stressful process, I was forced to go elsewhere and pay another $25 for new pictures because these people couldn't seem to get it right. The photos were then accepted no problem (after my third trip to the Passport Office). When I went back to request a refund for the unusable pictures I was denied and the blame was put on Corporations Canada for being "too picky" and "inconsistent with what they will accept"...however, these rejections were not for gray area discrepancies. They were for things people who are taking passport photos should know. The staff and management were unprofessional and unreasonable. Originally had planned on taking my family here for pictures as well but will NEVER BE GOING BACK. You have been warned, stay away from this dump.

Worst ever. Stood in line for 25 minutes for something to be scanned and printed.
