I liked the shoes, but the attitude of the staff is not very good, they spoiled the whole impression, very disrespectful attitude, without the desire to explain anything, the girl who worked there on 11/15/2024 at 5:30 pm seemed like she just didn’t want to sell anything and showed dissatisfaction when asking questions. I’m not sure I’ll come again.

Was happy with purchases but don’t like how we were charged 10 extra dollars on kids shoes when there is a price tag on the box.

Horrible experience for the second time in this place! When I asked for return, the Supervisor in the shop -July 22nd 2024 at 6:30pm) Deny the offer that in my bill as she said ( never happened!! ) And when she look to my receipt she became in trouble realizing I’m right.. then she asked me to come back in presence of manager to make the return!! Is it really needed to make another trip to meet manager for return? Anyway, when I go again, the first welcome from her was ( you again) that’s really awful.

Went in the store because of the windbreaker jacket on the mannequin. I asked a sales woman (which I eventually found out to be a supervisor/manager) where I can find the one displayed in the mannequin and she rudely said, “THAT’S THE LAST PIECE WE HAVE!” I politely asked in a nice way if I could try the windbreaker jacket to which she again answered very rudely, “MAKE SURE IT’S YOUR SIZE! BEFORE I TAKE IT FROM THE MANNEQUIN, TRY THOSE MEDIUM JACKETS!” She was pointing to a stack of tracksuits and I told her that the tracksuits have different fit than that of the windbreaker. She proceeded to take the windbreaker from the mannequin stomping her feet and it literally took her 2 seconds to remove it! This is at 11:00AM Wednesday morning when there is nobody else in the store but me! She tossed me the windbreaker jacket and then said, “JUST SO YOU KNOW, THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE DISCOUNT!” The entire store was on Sale for 30-60%! I was telling myself to be patient because I really liked the windbreaker’s green/white color combination. When I tried it on, voila! It did fit me perfectly. I went to the cashier to pay and just asked the name of the rude woman that assisted me. Cashier answered, “we don’t give out names for privacy reasons”. At this point when I was having a conversation with the cashier, this same rude saleswoman with a dead doll’s eyes to match her personality, joined in and said, “THIS IS HOW I SPEAK!” YOU CAN ASK EVERYONE AROUND HERE!” I left the store without purchasing the jacket as I was restraining myself from this nightmare. I called back the store and spoke to someone named Manny and again, he wouldn’t say the name of this woman. I love the brand and logo of PUMA; a fierce and wild cat with hunting skills that dominates the land and water. Not THE Be@tch in this outlet store that has the face to match her personality!

I like to buy shoes in this store because I always find great deals and discounts, it's very busy all the time. I also have a little bit of time finding my size, I hope they will have more availability for all the sizes (special small and mediums size )

Really bad customer service from manager Astha then what you can expect from staff.Her behaviour was so rude. I was with my kid who is just 2 year. She getting mad on me for just a shoe box. You should change your staff. I could have given 0 instead 1 star. She have no manner at all and when i asked her name she was being arrogant by saying i am the manager. This is what you are delivering as service to your customers . If you are manager you are allowed to do anything.
