I had ordered a custom Canadian flag banner to be made for my parents' residence last month. The sales associate Matthew Hobson provided me with prompt and courteous service. The banner met all of my expectations and has turned out wonderful. All of our neighbours love it as well! Thank you to the crew at The Flag Shop for your great work.

First time visiting this establishment and it will be my last. Large signage on their door. MASKS ARE REQUIRED, I walked in without one and was treated like a second class citizen by the woman wearing a N-95 mask behind the counter which was draped with a clear plastic sheet across the entire counter from floor to ceiling. The woman was clearly angry that I was maskless and shouted at me to stand on the mat in front of the counter. Even though I don’t agree with excessive Covid measures, I would have made my purchase and left but because I was treated with so much rage and disrespect, I will NEVER return! My advice to you, stop watching CBC and start thinking for yourselves, you may be the only flag shop in the city but your competing with AMAZON which delivered my flag for half the cost, the next day.
