I'm very disappointed with the quality of the products. I bought a bed frame, and 2 weeks after I used it, one of the legs broke. Almost 2 months have passed and they haven't replaced the part! I do not recommend you buy from this place.

Really enjoy the brick they have been helping us get furniture for our current house. They always have the best deals and the staff always do what they can to get you the best deal. We especially love that you get your warranty balance back if you don’t use it. !!Today Lakeram Rampertab helped us purchase the last of the appliances needed for our house. He helped us get a priced match and helped us use a store credit we had on file. And were able to purchase the appliance we wanted with a price that was affordable for us. I was at brick kenaston this morning..reached there 9.50..door was locked and I waited there for them open..earlier another family also couldn’t get in and they went and sat inside their car..when I am standing there a white lady showed up at the door and I noticed that one of the staff allowed her to get in to store..I was standing there and he didn’t allow me to get in.I am an Asian origin and other family went back were African origin..felt like racially harassed..decided to cancel my order from this store asap..

I am disappointed with them. I bought 3 bedrooms, dining table, sofa and 2 love seats, $15000.00 worse on December 2023 and was told that I should receive them sometime in January. I received everything but the sofa and Loveseats in January and was told that the rest of the order on early February never happened then middle of February never happened and now by end of February. I and my family sitting on the floor. Customer service representative wasn't helpful and confused. The sales person who dealt with never returned my call although he who offered me his cell phone. Poor customer service I'll never go back to them and don't recommend it

UPDATE: Still 1 star. Would be a negative if I could. Gave me the run around and then called me 4-times in the span of 2 hours after they saw I left a review.Sold me an add-on, half of the add on was delivered, told it was the sales persons error but I was still charged without getting what I payed for.Really weird but yeah, 1-star.
