My husband I had a great experience today at this branch. It was such a pleasure dealing with Ms. Meagan Hazell , she made everything so much easier . Her friendly demeanor ensured that we were relaxed and comfortable doing business there . Thank you TD.

why is it everytime i go in there the line is basically out the door theres about 2 or 3 people working the front when theres at least ten other stands or whatever that people could be working at like for real you guys are a bank you cant afford to have more than 3 members of staff working at the same time i mean cmon all in all it seems you dont want to help your customers you just want to take there money

Amazing experience. For an International Student like me, I opened a savings and checking accounts without maintaining balance and annual fee is waived. Fast transaction and the staff are very accommodating. Book an appointment ahead of time and look for Sonia. Happy banking at TD Northgate Shopping Centre ❤️??

Insane banking fees , Completely incompetent staff , issued me two separate bank cards at the same time when I signed up , I can’t purchase anything online because of an old phone number they can’t seem to remove it’s been 6 months of branch visits to try and resolve and the issue still persists.I’ll be going back to Royal Bank

The Tyndall location needs praise. After dealing with Northgate which was ridiculous. Today in an hour and a half they got the job done. So kind. I was a mess. And what Northgate said was not possible again I tell you they did it in an hour and a half. Andy was one and unfortunately the spelling of the other man( might have been Asst manager/ has left my brain. Thank you for taking the time you did to help me.

Staff is rude, unprofessional and will absolutely just close your account on you. Without warning. Go to a credit union. That's what I did.

Sonia the teller that helped me didn’t help at all. I explained her the situation and she just keeps insisting that my cheque was going to be put on hold. Decided to leave and went to Garden city location instead and didn’t have any problem depositing the cheque and it didn’t get hold too.
