I visited to register automatic payments for my TD credit card. I went because I wanted to pay my TD credit card through an account from another bank, but the staff at the branch said it could be done through the TD app. Although I knew it wasn't possible, I showed the staff, and they said the quickest way would be to call the TD card department, and that if I wanted to handle it at the branch, I'd need to fill out various forms. Of course, trusting them was a mistake. It took 50 minutes to finally get through to the TD card department, and the answer I received was that I had to visit the branch. I must commend the male staff member at this branch for his exceptional skill in getting paid for doing nothing. Be sure to visit!

The TD bank on Notre Dame is the worst TD Bank branch there is. The manager and the other staff who attended to my case were very unreasonable and unhelpful. Wonder how they even have a job at the bank. Closed the account and will continue to happily bank with RBC.

Giving me disrespected and doesn’t speak English when this one td worker ask me questions I don’t understand and today was so embarrassing because I never treated this way in my own bank.
Thinking that’s not my account which it is when I give you my ids to show it’s my own bank account. Maybe next time show people respect and you’re lucky I didn’t say anything else but left the bank?.
