I just came here 5 minutes ago and the owner is the most rude and hostile individual I’ve ever met. Says he’s not responsible for damages the HE caused. and just started screaming. This place should really be shut down. I wish I could give negative stars.

This towing company operates like a fraudulent scheme. The owner/manager is a rude and lack human decency. I'm not sure why the City of Winnipeg is doing business with them especially after uncovering their fraudulent behaviours (check the news).

No one like's towing but if they do its there job to do it nicely without damaging a car .You can see in a picture they just push the car which damage the tires.We should got our car back the way we left in a parking lot.

My car was tagged and towed (without proper notice) to the lot on Higgins today for “street cleaning” over 130$ in towing fees and a ticket for 150$. Guess what? They didn’t even clean the street and they knew they weren’t going to do it because of the rain. Absolutely crooked and unethical. Targeting a low income area where people work shift work and don’t have the ability to fight an unlawful and corrupt City Hall. All of you should be ashamed of yourself for being such opportunistic criminals.

What kind of company hires drivers that don't know enough (or are too lazy) to use a dolly or flatbed when towing an AWD vehicle? Tartan Towing. Ruined the back end of my car and the transmission hasn't been the same since, either. Terrible company. Dumbfounded that the city still uses them. Avoid. Would give zero stars if it let me.

No one likes to be towed, BUT, when you are, it's nice to be able to get your vehicle back quickly and efficiently. I find the office staff appreciate a friendly open approach.

BEWARE! very unprofessional and lazy! I bought a repo vehicle off of their tartan towing auction, turns out it still has a Lean on it and they are very lazy with resolving the issue, hardly ever answer the phone, Not worth the hassle.
