Horrible service in the window department today. Even closed the door while I was still talking to him. I tried to buy a window from Mike in the window department since April. I finally went to home Depot and got the exact same window for $25 less. Don't bother with these turkeys.

One star as zero is not an option. I went to buy 4 windows with my wife. The guy in charge of the windows showed us a window we liked but absolutely REFUSED TO OPEN IT! I said I just wanted my wife to see how it opens and he said, “If I open it for you it might damage the hinge.” What a “great” sales job... like I’m going to buy a window that will damage the hinge on one opening! I tried reasoning with him to just show us it opening, but he became even more adamant that in “his area” no one opens the windows. I have bought vanities, cupboards, and counters there before and was always dealt with reasonably, but this was a ridiculous power play for some bizarre reason. I’ll buy elsewhere in the future.
